Extra Space Storage, Stuart FL

The storage is climate controlled, clean, and staff is pleasant. A nice place if you only need it for a month. Every 2-3 weeks, they raise the rent on the units by $20-30 claiming "market need" has risen, so the rent is raised. Of course, they never lower it. Beware.

Katie has been exceptional with us! My husband and I recently moved, and Katie made the transition as painless and convenient as possible. Every question answered, every concern addressed. She really has gone above and beyond, with customer service like that we will be recommending extra space to friends and family for sure!

I was on the fence about using storage or starting over with new stuff, but Katie assured me that storage is safe and price effective, and since I only need the space for a short amount of time, that it would it be worth storing instead of buying new things.

Place worked out great for us. Staff is very accommodating and storage is clean. I was having a problem with my lock, and Katie saw me struggling and came to help me on her day off!

Very clean, exceptionally maintained and Katie has every time delivered VERY much appreciated customer service that is nowadays so hard to find. Every question and concern I had, she went the extra mile to handle them with a smile. Totally wish there were more people that had that kind of attitude in client interaction fields. Katie did a fantastic job getting me all set over the phone! All of my contracts and paperwork were emailed to me immediately and by the time I drove to the storage unit I was able to punch in my gate code and move items in right away! Fantastic service!

Very nice, the young lady that showed me the unit was great. The grounds are really clean and the location was perfect for me.

We just rented at this location, and Justin was absolutely amazing! All of our questions were kindly answered. We have not moved anything away but we are pretty sure we will not have any issue. Also, everything looks so tiny and clean! I definitely would recommend try this place!

This location was always clean and the lights always worked. I always felt safe. And I knew my things were safe. I liked that there were carts/dolly's handy.

Katie was great! Fast and easy setup, the facilities are very clean and well organized. As a plus there is restrooms on the property and very secure. Katie went over all of our options and was most helpful.

My experience was AWESOME! Justin was great and very knowledgeable. I have a storage unit at another location that I am not happy with. I wish I found this place first. They are very professional and helpful at Extra storage. Also they are a little cheaper. I highly recommend them.
