They go above and beyond, the customer service is impeccable. Facility is clean and well lit. Love the music selection lol it helps when I’m the only one there.

The staff was so helpful and made our move easy. I would definitely use them again. The staff was very nice and professional. The push carts is an awesome Idea to assist clients with their move. Love it.

Excellent service, the manager Tylla is extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. 5 starts to her and service. A really great experience since I started using their service and units.

This is a new location so its very clean. Have not had any issues as of yet. I did everything online when renting my unit.

Place was clean and onboarding process was quick and smooth. Highly recommend!

The entire building from the area you unload to the storage unit itself was very clean. The woman that helped us had to be one of the most helpful and friendly people I've met. She made sure we had everything we needed and all questions got answered. I would recommend this place and will use them again if needed.

Tylla at extra storage in Tamarac was very professional, sweet and attentive she called me back when she said she would and she was patient customer service is A1 highly recommended them tell her I sent you! ️

Had an awesome experience, was hit with a huge rate increase, called and Tylla was on the phone she was very friendly, professional and courteous she was able to get it down to a very fair rate, I am so very grateful, Tylla works in the Tamarac location

Ashley was very polite and courteous she had me in and out of there and 15 minutes keys in my hand ready to move stuff in highly recommend this place commercial and Rock Island oh and not to mention it's a new building it's very wonderful lots of cameras security clean restrooms drinking water cold if needed

This was the easiest process I've ever been through. I did everything on line and went directly to my storage unit and my lock was inside. All the info I needed was in the email. Thanks Extra Space.

Ashley was supremely helpful during my visit. She carefully guided me through the setup process, and escorted me to different storage units so that I could select the one that would suit my needs. She explained the information on the registration, and showed me how the locks worked. The facility is new, very clean, well air conditioned, and security is a high priority as users enter and exit the building. The storage facility is located in a well lit area. Outstanding customer service experience. Keep you the great work!

I love these ladies, I was at the previous location that Tylla and Ashley were at and I moved to the new location. The manager at the other is HORRIBLE And RUDE. Tylla and Ashley always have very pleasant attitude’s…they rock!
