Donnell is the best site manager. Always willing to help and positive everytime I come to the property. The site is also very clean.

Susan is a very helpful and professional employee who helped me straighten out a credit card issue on my account. She went out of her way to be accommodating. I rrally appreciated it. Overall, my experience with Extra Space Stroage has been great. Highly recommend.

I spoke with Darnell the property manager on Nov 11 and explained to him that my storage went up from
$181.05 to $242.82, and it should not due to the fact that a rerate was done on 01/19/2022, he then reviewed my account, and advised that the system automatically raised me up by $61.77 so he would have to do another rerate, which needed to be sent for approval and I should call on the 21st for a follow up, so today he shocked me by calling 5 days earlier to advised that the rerate was approved, and I would resume paying $181.05 and since last month I paid $242.82 which was $61.77 cents, more than the original amount, as a result the credit is now on my account, and next month I will only need to pay $119.28 so I smiled and thanked him that I did not have to wait for a follow up since he called 5 days early. Mr Darnell went above and beyond, and once again, Xtra Space storage delivered on their commitment to me, so I would definitely refer them to anyone…

Great customer service. Showing of the unit was quick and accurate and explained the rules and regulations were clear.

Every time I go here and make a payment the attendants are always so friendly. The location is easily accessible. However my brother and I are paying for an airconditioned unit and when I go it doesn't feel airconditioned. I hope that they work on the issue and get it fixed.

The store manager Donnell McDonald at the Pompano Beach location is excellent and a real asset to Extra Storage Space! Unfortunately I had an issue with a broken elevator on move in day & he quickly & professionally rectified the problem. Thank you Donnell & staff for providing extra special customer service!
