I've never rented a storage unit before, but it was such a smooth move-in process. Kennisha was very professional and polite. She answered all my questions and concerns. She's knowledgeable with terrific customer service skills.

I have been here nearly 2 years, since CubeSmart owned this facility. It was much better when cubesmart owned and managed this location. The past 3 times I have been here there have been roaches crawling all over the second floor. Not just neat my unit, I have seen them go from different units into others. I reported it to the lady in the office today and all she said was people spray monthly.

Obviously that's not helping much.

I also noticed the elevator safety certificate expired in August. I'm pretty sure that's against county code. I will be reporting this place to the county and moving ASAP.

You raise prices every 6 months for what? Roaches and safety hazards?

They were wonderful from beginning to end! Very professional staff and showed me great kindness. They were very patient with me on an issue I had even though my actions were not in appliance with our agreement until I was able to get it figured out. I would definitely recommend them!
