Extra Space Storage, Naples FL

So far I highly recommend these storage units! It was such an easy process, I called and they set me up with a unit that I thin 15 minutes in the phone. I spoke with Jenn and she was very professional and a pleasure to speak with. I went in less than 24 hours of renting the unit and my unit was all set and ready for me to start loading my belongings in there. If anyone in the area is looking for a good reliable storage unit I definitely recommend this company!

I have recently had two storage units with this company (one in Naples, one in Bonita) and, as we all know, moving both units on the same day can be very difficult as to not knowing which is in which. I was concerned that some of my items have been compromised because of the movers, but I would like to appraise Eric for being so helpful with my surveillance issues, I also spoke with Jordan on an earlier basis and quite frankly this company is amazing. It's very clean. They are very attentive and
I recommend them to anyone! If you plan on moving or just for general storage, use this company and there are many locations they come highly recommended!

Great location within North Naples! Our indoor climate control unit was kept safe even during Hurricane Ian. The staff are understanding and willing to help out if it is in their hands. I highly recommend this location.

We had items in this facility for several years. The staff was always friendly and helpful, and everything was always in good condition and clean.

Customer service was prompt and the staff was always anxious to help with any problem. Needed the extra space for a couple of years, but Hurricane Ian had NO effect - my belongings weren’t even dusty! Great location, easy access, fine facilities. Thumbs up!

Nick was able to offer me the BEST customer service I've probably ever had in my life! He was knowledgeable and very patient with me, which is very beneficial for me on my harder days. This was my first time putting my stuff in storage and I was incredibly nervous as past experiences had caused me to have anxiety about it all. However, Nick was great throughout it all! He took his time, explaining the process and making sure ALL my concerns were covered. I feel much more at ease storing my items with this company!

Great experience with extremely knowledgeable staff. Nick (who was covering for Sam at the Kramer Drive location) was so helpful and went out of his way to be accommodating while I was deciding on which storage unit to rent.
