I called to get information about your storage facility and the young man I spoke to Tim Kerns was very helpful in giving me the information I needed to get for a family members move to Florida. I look forward to doing business with this facility in the future.

The gentleman in the location office was wonderful. He is kind and very helpful. The woman on the phone (assume national level) was a bit disorganized and not as helpful. I suggest calling the location directly to seek assistance. The grounds are clean and well kept and the units are also pristine. I feel very safe when I am there. The keypad on the gate is a bit wonky - the LED screen is unreadable, so it often takes several tries to get the gate opened. If that keypad was replaced (or fixed) our experience would be perfect!

The property is clean and well maintained. It was very easy to navigate the facility, also. The staff have been very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage.

I had a worker in the office named Calvin and he was great, he got everything taking care of for me and showed me my unit and how to work the gate code.such a nice deal I got on my storage.thank you for the help.

I was a bit apprehensive about storing my things as I had never done this. I was so impressed with employee, Tim Kerns, who was so kind, and helpful. He took me on a tour, explained the different units to me and certainly assuaged my concerns. Can’t recommend extra space highly enough. Definitely ask for Tim Kerns, he will take care of you!

Was so impressed with the Staff—actually ‘Calvin’ he was so helpful today when we realized we needed more space. He made the upgrade easy and just went up and above to make sure we had everything we needed! Extra Space is luckily to have an employee like Calvin!

Was very pleased with this place.
Very pleasant staff and if your having an issue with your unit, they get right on it and keep you posted on the outcome.

My only issue is not having lights inside the units, sometimes it’s a bit dark when trying to find something.

Other than that, I would use them again if needed.

Very friendly and accommodating employees and if I’m ever back in the area and I’m needing a storage unit I’d go back to them.

Store manager here really knows her stuff, she will make sure you have everything you need and will address any concerns if you have any. Clean property, and facilities. Easy to get around property as well.

Extra space storage made it easy for me to get my storage unit over the phone. I had no problems getting into the gate or finding my unit. They keep clean and have great customer service. I would definitely recommend extra space storage to anyone.

Sandy was extremely helpful and a tremendous representative of the Extra Space Storage company. She took the time to explain the rentals in detail and showed the differing sizes of storage based on our possible storage requirements. The facility was clean and easily accessed yet quite secure.
