They were very nice. Its next to the airport and super convenient if you want to leave a vehicle and fly in and out. My plans kept changing and they were accomodating with my move out date.

Had to go to an Extra Space Storage location to transfer a unit I had out of state to someone else’s name. I went to this location because it’s close to my office. Was expecting the process to be a hassle, but Yessica assisted me and I was in and out. Super personable, and honest. If I ever need a unit again, I’d definitely come back here.

I was a renter here since 2021. Has one of the loft spaces that was perfect for the extra stuff that we had - Christmas stuff and other items that we did not need on a regular basis. There was very little need for interaction with the front office people, but when it did happen, they were professional about it. Even when there was an issue with my recent departure, Jessica did a great job in handling the problem before I knew it existed. She called to follow up and that was great on her part.
Now, with every single storage place I have ever used over the past 20 years or so, I am not a big fan of the way they raise their prices over time. This only causes people to either pay the higher fees or move their stuff every so often to another location that has a better rate. Taking advantage of those that need this service.in my opinion.

Staff was super nice and welcoming as soon as I came in the door. They were able to help with my unit to accommodate for my storage needs as well having super clean bathrooms and facility as well as the storage units. If your home is cluttered or just in need of freeing up some space Extra space will help you have a clutter free home or work space once again
