Would give 5 stars but they keep raising prices. Ended up moving out after getting tired of paying $149 month for a very small unit

I stored my belongings here for a little over a year and never had a problem. The office personnel were kind and helpful at all times. Highly recommend it.

James has helped me out on multiple occasion throughout the last 6-7 months of having storage. 10/10 amazing employee, very personable very professional

Exceptional customer service from the first welcome call I received until after keys were placed in my hand. The level of patience and knowledge provided went beyond the job description. I’m truly impressed by James and the other gentleman that contacted me whom I regret not remembering his name. I highly recommend to those in need of a storage facility in the area to visit this location.

Best storage company I've ever rented from. They don't tack on a bunch of extra fees. You can use your renters insurance to cover their insurance policy. The units are clean and cooled. They have a proprietary lock system that can't be cut, possibly picked, but not cut. The prices are competitive with other local companies as well.

Over the course of 2 years this place went up. Almost $150. There is no garbage disposal at this place.

Reserve my storage 10'8 " with a live agent. All questions were answered very helpful. I should've asked where my space was located, which to the end on 1 corner, then all the way to the back on another corner U get my drift Pricing expensive, hopefully no inflations only deflation. Hopefully, I could get a closer storage unit.

James was amazing with everything at this location!
My only complaint is how costly monthly storage & additional necessities are.

My hat off to the current manager, James. He has that unique quality of being able to perform in a professional manner, while at the same time having empathy for his fellow humans. I was in a tight spot getting two units pared down to one, and as my wife was pretty sick I couldn't spend at much time working on storage as I would have liked. James was patient, helpful, compassionate, and above all, flexible. Rarely have I met someone in the service industry that exemplified so well what Customer Service should mean. I would also like to comment that the facility is always clean, well air-conditioned, and secure.
All of this has been greatly appreciated, keep up the excellent work!

James was a great help to me when i discovered that i was not getting my monthly receipts. Although i had had multiple conversations with others over the better part of a week, there had been no resolution to the error on my account information. James got to the root of the problem and fixed it for me in a few minutes. I received my receipt while still on the call and was able to finally reconcile my expense account. Extra Space Storage is lucky to have James. He did a great job for me!
