Extra Space Storage, Tallahassee FL

This is my 5th storage locker from Extra Space. We tried a few others but it's never quite the same. We move a lot, so it's something we find ourselves needing. This time I had to set it all up from another state. Many claim it's possible, but it isn't. At Extra Space, it took a few minutes to do everything! Very nice.

Mike is very compassionate. He goes above and beyond for his customers. Excellent customer service!

So far so good. Checking out different location was very easy. Getting on the phone with someone and accessing my unit the same day was very convenient.

The customer service was everything, very clean and organized.will rent a storage again from them. Mr Mike also took his time and showed us everything around

Gate access states from 6a-10p. Well today we come across town with 2 truck loads and the doors are locked.and it’s 10: 30a. It’s only been a week and I’m ready to close my account here. Terrible customer service to say the least. Such an inconvenience!

Every part of the process to reserve a storage was smooth the facility is clean and huge I like that you can have multi locks for extra security you also have your own number pin to get into the building I like the large sized Dollie’s as well for easy loading and unloading the staff is nice they even got me a new lock without any hassle

Jude and Michael were very pleasant to work with. They were very informative and patient. The process was easy to complete.

Great customer service, helped me with everything I need. All my items were in the same place I left them in great condition.

I found Extra Space Storage to be very user friendly. They were friendly and very professional. When my daughter lost her key for the unit they were very understanding and were quick to assist in resolving the problem.
I can highly recommend them for your storage needs.

Amazing staff! Everyone in the office is so kind and helpful. Great way to store your things for an extended or short amount of time! I cannot recommend enough.

First time ever needing a storage unit and I am impressed. The facility itself is nice and clean, and the customer service is amazing. All of my questions/concerns were answered with a smile. Definitely recommend for anyone needing climate controlled storage in town!

Wow! The customer service that you get at this place is and lose art in America, unfortunately. This place is clean, very accessible, it has two main door entry’s, the elevators are accommodating and fast, the flat beds (6) are easy to maneuver, and their hours are great!
Keep up the good work which takes being intentional.

Jude was fantastic! Very kindhearted and walked me through everything. She even talked me through my fear of moving and her experience. I quoted other storage units but she was the reason why I came back. She took me on a tour and actually cared about what I needed. Highly recommend her and extra space storage with climate control.

Had a great experience Mike was a really big help when it came to informing me about which storage spaces fit my particular needs. Great customer service and definitely would use Extra Space Storage again in the future if I ever need to.
