The man in the office, Raul, was so kind to help us choose the right unit to suit our needs. He showed us the options they had and explained what size storage unit would be suitable for the amount of stuff we had. Thanks for your professionalism! The facility is clean and cool, A/C means a lot when you are moving stuff. The unit has light unlike some other popular storage facilities. And of course the price was the best in the area, I moved here from the other storage facility where the price was two times higher.

Easy peasy! Very simple to reserve a unit online. You can do everything through email. Just be mindful that the price you see online isn’t the same amount you will pay every month. It’s a bit misleading unless you have rented a unit a few times before, you would think you’re getting ripped off. The total cost of your unit is going to be the monthly rent rate plus $30 admin fee (first month fee only), renters insurance amount per month (amounts & price of coverage determined by the assessed value of your goods stored), and another $20 for a lock for your unit (they automatically charge you for the lock unless you can show them you have your own approved lock) (or, don’t use the lock provided and return it to them for a refund and show them your own lock) Just to give you an idea of how much you will pay the first month; my unit was advertised for $61 per month. When I arrived they said it’s $66 per month. My first month with all the fees came to around $132! Yikes! So much for a quick cheap unit, lol! My renters insurance was $11 per month based on $1000 value I provided to them. One last thing, the price you start with will go up in the 3rd or 4th month and continues to increase every few months after that. I’ve never been told this, wasn’t in my paperwork and I’ve never received an email, a text or a call letting me know when it will increase and they just pull it out of your account. Never a nice surprise: - (
But I’ve lived and I’ve learned! Good luck, ask questions because you don’t want surprises and your bank account messed up or turn auto pay off. They are open until 10pm to access your unit which is awesome! The places are clean and feel secure when I’m there late by myself. Over all if you can find a good deal, go for it! Happy moving!

The storage facility is immaculate, clean, and great lighting. I love that there is an area to drive into that is protected from the weather. GiGi was very friendly in the signing up process. I honestly believe that this is the best storage facility I have see in the area

Clean, safe, storage is a necessity because Florida's high water table prevents basements.
We never throw out anything so we? We store it!

No need to brave the elements of the weather when storing your items. The covered parking is large enough for 4 large semi trucks to offload or reload in comfort, at the same time. Has not happened yet, I don't think. But if it does, there are lots of carts available

The process of getting a unit was easy, whether inline or in the store. Really appreciate the professional attitude of customer service to make me feel welcomed.

Adequate amount of flatbed rolling carts available. I’m planning to buy stock in this company. Raul Letourneau delivered A-1 exceptional customer service.

Raul and Gigi, were very professional provided excellent customer service. I would recommend other customers to come and rent storage space to this location.

I got to the store during open hours and the door to the store was locked. I called the number on the door and was answered promptly. The agent met me in the office and was very courteous and polite. I was shown some empty storage lockers. Overall very pleased and ended up renting a spot.
