My sincerest thanks to Joey and Jess for your patience, friendliness, and overall exceptional service. I noticed on the grand tour the cleanliness of this facility, and I appreciate you pointing out the security measures in place for peace of mind.

We needed a storage spot and I contacted Extra Space Storage in Englewood, Joey was INCREDIBLE, He answered all my questions, and was so helpful! I would highly recommend using extraspace storage!

This is a great facility and I had such a good experience getting everything in place. I spoke with Brian, who was super helpful and nice. He got me established as a new customer and made everything very easy. The facility is very easy to get in and out of and I have a climate controlled unit inside, which was also very easy to get to. They have big carts to use, large elevators, and nice wide isles. Overall, great experience and very clean facility.

Wow! I’m 70 years old and have moved 26 times using storage for every move. This place is Fantastic and the best I’ve experienced. 1) They have thought of EVERYTHING to make use easy and comfortable. 2) They operate with Customers in mind; not just profit. 3) they have the very best, Very professional staff. 4) the place is spotless 5) the place is SECURE. I’ve got to get back to work since Hurricane ida is coming fast; more later. I don’t often say this as I’m a very critical and particular German; do try to USE THIS PLACE!

Brian was wonderful and supper clean.
As I walk to the office I feel welcome and great customer service, walk us through the facility and make sure all is good.
Great price and great location. Supper clean and I feel confident to us that as my longtime storage.

Joey not only helped me get a storage unit just after hurricane Ian, he was also caring and compassionate! He made it all a seamless process. The unit is clean and very secure. So glad they have elevators as the unit is on the 3rd floor. Would recommend these people very highly!
Update August 2023: went today and was very delighted to meet Teri: a new Gal who helped me tremendously! I needed my original contract and receipts so I could file for some help as we still are not in our home since hurricane Ian. Not only did she get everything printed and made sure it was perfect she was very kind and personable! 5 stars for sure!

Very pleasant experience. ESS worked with me to find the right sized space for my goods and budget. Very friendly. Answered every question and took the time to physically show me my options. I' staying at ESS.

The customer service was outstanding, I researched online which brought me to the storage facility.
Once onsite the staff (Brian) exceeded my expectations.
The facility is new and secure.

This storage facility is clean, secure and expertly run by Brian and staff. They will work with you on space needed, budget and timing. I have been storing there for 2+ years with another 2+ years to go and feel they have been extremely helpful to me.
