Russ was very helpful during the reservation process & move-in. I was happy with the cleanliness of the facility. I would recommend this location to anyone who has storage needs around the Seminole area.

Russell and Erik were amazing and had the best comedic welcome for me! Overall such a good experience! Explained everything so well and helped me select the best option for my needs.

My son stayed with me this past year so we put their extra stuff and some of my furniture in 1076. It was easy to access being on the first floor and there were elevators for the higher floors. We did notice a puddle of water on one of the storage tubs. It must have come from the ceiling above … there was plumbing there. Could have been condensation or leak. We were so busy we didn’t report it. The curbs are narrow for a moving truck… but just a bump. Great location if in Seminole heights.

Russ is my dude. He truly cares for those that he sees trying. He just worked something out for me and my husband. We couldn’t be more appreciative for his help. More grateful for the heart he has. Thank you much Russ.

Great customer service! I will continue to store my stuff here if they could just stop raising their rates every couple of months with “market rate” it would be helpful! Other than the rate hikes that should not happen until a year after storing with them. A great clean and safe space so far! Loved the guys in the office! Russell and his team are great!

The new manager is friendly and super helpful. The facility is clean and updated. If you need to store stuff I would go here.

The staff is easy to work with and I had no operational issues over the few years that I had a unit here. Pricing is what made me leave. The rates went up year over year pretty significantly and I decided it was cheaper to build a shed in my yard to store my decorations. Recommended but shop around for price. Also remember you can talk to the management if you have a price increase and you want to argue about it.

The management is fantastic and super willing to help! I have been renting a unit here for a couple years and it's always been very clean and safe. Absolutely recommend.

Customer Service was great, web links smooth and facility was very clean inside and out. There was about a $15 difference in the end monthly but considering the overall experience I am very happy and highly recommend for ease, efficiency and the property’s well-maintained condition.

Nice and clean place, easily accessible and very close to me. If you have any problems they will work with you and they are very flexible helping you out. Parking in the back at the doors under roof is a huge plus! Russ is my guy if I need something he will be happy to help you.
