When I wanted to book I was hesitant reading the complaints and bad reviews. I can now say, I have to assume those are all people who do not take care of the boats. I had a groupon. It was accepted as any other booking with no problems at all. I knew I still have the fuel and tax to pay like you always do (because I read what is included in the groupon and it was still a super deal!). The pontoon boat was perfect and in great shape. I was instructed to take photos and video of the outside, the ladder and the propeller which also the dock agent showed me. All in perfect condition and that is how we brought the boat back (the way we received it). No extra charges, no complaints. We were 10 people on a pontoon so obviously it does not go 1000mph, but still good speed and we planed like we were supposed to with such a heavy load. Had a great time on Keewaydin, then went for lunch on the Isles of Capri and another Keewaydin stop before heading back. Fabulous day for the whole family and Kids. Book here, these people do a great job! We will be back!

I have been renting boats from this location for 20 years now. Excellent friendly, helpful and professional staff both in the office and at the boat dock, nice late-model boats in good serviceable condition, with fair prices. I will mot rent boats anywhere else in Naples!

Walked into place the woman was on her phone doing a FaceTime video walked up to us just turned around and walked away didn't even say hello. Leave this review for the owners so that they may be able to get better help although I know that's tough to find. Wanted to rent a boat.

Never rent a boat from this company! Boat was in poor condition and extremely poor customer service from manager. Please believe what we are writing. We rented a boat on 4/26/23. My husband and 2 friends are experienced boaters. We took the boat out and got through the bay and after we were able to go faster than just idle, he noticed he couldn’t take his hand off the throttle otherwise the boat would slow down. The trim gauge and speedometer didn’t work. When we brought the boat back the kid on the dock said, yeah I took the boat out 2 days ago and it wasn’t working good. We said, why did you give us this boat then? There were plenty of other boats. My husband called and asked to speak with a manager, who only works on Saturday and has another job. He called again and she never called back so he went to the boat rental facility. The manager basically laughed in his face. When my husband told her that this was the worst customer service he’s experienced, she threatened to call the police. My husband told her to call them…she never did. We highly recommend you choose another rental company.

We have rented from a near by competitor for years. We tried Extreme Family Fun and the customer experience is much much better. We actually are renting more because of how easy and fun it is to rent a boat!

I love this place and have used them quite a few times, but last week we rented a pontoon boat that could not get going.
When we beached the boat I saw the bottom was Covered with Barnacles!
So besides checking the prop check the Barnacles!

I would not recommend renting from here. Our boat today could barely get up to 10 mph and was very run down. When we called and spoke to them afterwards the staff could care less and said yup that boat is slow. No worth $600. We have rented from a bunch of places in Naples and this was the worst boat we have gotten.

CAUTION! We were left to float at sea for several hours due to a mechanical problem and the management was not willing to send a boat less than one mile away to pick us up. We had several little kids and a baby on board. I understand motors break but being stranded was unacceptable especially when they had several other boats and several employees sitting at the docks when were were towed back by another company. We broke down 1 hour into our 4 hour trip and spent the next 4 hours on the phone trying to find someone to rescue us. Very poor customer service and a terrible way to run a business. I would rent from someone else or at least get the name of a sea towing company so you can contact someone directly if you get stranded with "Extreme Family Fun".

Have always had a great experience renting with Naples Family Fun. The boats are as described and the staff is helpful at check in and again at the dock when explaining the details of the boat. The staff remembered us upon check in during our last rental which was very nice!

Rented two bikes, the brakes were so out of adjustment that each bike had one brake cable completely out of the socket. We noticed after we had started biking and kept them since we are experienced cyclists. We returned in under 2 hours although we paid for 4 hours. I was disappointed that they acknowledged the brake issue, but would not at least refund us the difference between the 2 and 4 hour rental pricing.
