Very nice people please do not refer me to eyesite in Clearwater anymore they are not nice people at all even the doctor from the front desk to the back.

The staff and doctor are professional and helpful answering questions without rushing you out the door.

The young lady that took care of me was very polite and courteous. The glasses are wonderful. I had a great experience there

If I could rate this place a -0 I definitely would. The office Manager was rude and racist. She was unprovoked and purposely disconnected my call and when I called back and was intentionally ignored and call was purposely avoided several times.
The Manager refused to listen to my concerns. I did not give consent to be billed and orders placed after and prior to being treated so badly. The office Manager refused to listen to my concerns and stated on her own she was placing an order. I tried several times to tell her I do not wish to be billed and I will take my business where it’s appreciated and I’m welcome as well as treated with dignity and respect. I will be in contact with the Medical Board and refuse to pay for what I did not give consent to authorize. The Manager took matters into her own hands and mad decisions for me. I have been working in the medical field for many years and this place is by far the worst I have ever seen. The Manager’s mentality was like a ghetto/thug on their worst day. *UPDATE! This response below was false they never forwarded anything intentionally trying to hold me up for getting my glasses or contact out of retaliation because of this review.

I highly recommend Opti Mart in St Pete. I am a very challenging patient and they did a wonderful job helping find the best prescription for my contacts and glasses.

My eye exam was so bad that when I put my glasses on, I almost threw up and fell over. I did not want another exam so I brought my glasses in and they took the prescription from them. And yet I was billed $385 Plus change I wanted some very big glasses which I had that prescription put in but the glasses were so big and heavy. They did not fit my face and they rested on my cheek. These people are supposed to be professionals. They let me buy these glasses. When you try on glasses and you look in the mirror – – they’re wonderful but when you wear them for a while, they’re heavy, heavy heavy. They did not pick this up until after I had the prescription in them. My entire experience was a nightmare there at OptiMARK.

Wait time was very short, all personnel was very friendly & professional. I recommend this place

Without exception I have benefitted from the skilled, customer-oriented knowledgeable staff & excellent medical professionals at Eye Àssociates/Sight360 locations, whose proficiency is also the quality standard at Dr. Daniel Monska's Clearwater Retinalogy Center, so I can now see again!

I've been going there for for my glasses and eye exams. They have a large selection of frames. The waiting time to be seen is not too long normal for a doctor's office but not as bad.

Dr musemeci and his entire staff are all professional, efficient, willing to assist in any way.each assistant is skilled, knowledgeable and ready to explain the test or process.i appreciate their patience.

Not happy so I came in 2 Friday ago to see the Dr he gave me eye drops and they didn't work he said to call back so I called back and told them the eyedrops didn't work they told me I my apt was canceled I got a text that said I had an apt and I called to cancel it because Ashley said she would cancel it

I like this place the Doctors just want to take very good care of their Patience's to make sure that we will be alright I love their care and concern. God bless.

Dr. Wolf is fantastic. My glasses from OptiMart are trifocals and I had no problem adjusting to them.

Still waiting to hear back from them. Still haven’t gotten referral or contact lens prescription! It’s been quite a few weeks now.
