Personalized care.thorough examinations using high quality machines. Loved the help with frame selection and which "extras" I needed and those I did not need. I got exactly what I wanted.

This was my first experience at an optometrists office and it was great. They went above and beyond from the moment I called to schedule an appointment and throughout the entire process.

When you walk in you're greeted by the front desk, they ladies up front are kind and intelligent. Dr. Sagona guided me through the process of an eye exam and was easy to talk to. She has a good demeanor that makes you feel comfortable.

Her husband Sam is the one who helps you choose out your actual glasses and he knows all about lenses and frames. Funny enough I had to come back the next day because my eyes were so dilated I could hardly see, and they were completely fine with that! I get my glasses in 1-2 weeks and I'm very excited.

Overall a really awesome experience and I look forward to my continued relationship with them.

What a great team! The doctor was super informative about the process as well as taking the time to respond to all of my concerns amd questions. I haven't seen an eye doctor for about 15 years andtheor office was like walking into the future. I felt like I was on Star Trek! Not your old school optometry. The office staff you could tell was very family oriented. I came in with my 2 nephews who were not being seen. The staff totally accommodated them. It was such a relief to know that they weren't annoyed having the boys there. In fact, the boys actually enjoyed themselves to the point where there certainly would not be afraid to go back should they need glasses, etc. Additionally, Sam the office manager took a lit of time to actually help me select a pair, of glasses that fit my face shape as well as style preferences. I love this place! Funny thing is iiniiniti picked it because I wanted a pair of particular glasses thst I wanted to try before I buy.and no other place was willing to do this even though they carried the Brand. They were to funky I guess. Anyway, the point is Dr. Sagona and her husband run this place and the family business vibe is there. They go above and beyond. Dr. Sagona is knowledgeable about many other things as well. I have bad allergies and she is incredibly knowledgeable about these topics as well and has holistic suggestion on what helps. I highly recommend her because it is not just an eye. I always learn something new when I see her. Knowledge is POWER!:)

I've been looking for a new and better optometrist for awhile now. I just happen to free on a random Monday morning and got lucky with an appointment when someone else forgot to come in on time. I couldn't find my insurance but was willing to pay out of pocket for my mistake.

The whole appointment from the initial paperwork through multiple exams and finally picking my new frames went swiftly. The doctor answered all my questions and curiosities on the spot and the other doctor walked me through the options and best frame for my rugged life.

I will definitely come back again. I gotta make sure to book as soon as possible, those spots fill up quickly. =D

So glad I decided to choose this office. The receptionist's are very friendly and helpful. I had a very thorough eye exam and everything was explained to me that was being done. The Dr.makes you feel so relaxed and she is very pleasant. Thanks for a fantastic experience.

We are on vacation from Indiana and my glasses broke! I was looking for an optometrist online and saw that they had a 5 star rating! They are definitely 5 star! Very competent doctor and a family friendly office. I observed several children picking glasses! Sadly for those who work, the hours are not easy (no Saturday or evening hours) because it is a small family owned practice. A great selection of fabulous glasses, including brand name sunglasses. I will return here for my check ups and bring my husband too (if we can make the hours work!)

Very attentive. Very quick service. Nothing I can think of to complain about. Dr. Sagona has excellent bedside manner. I would recommend her to anyone!
