Quick appointment…called day prior and they squeezed me in next day for semi-urgent eye issue. Dr. Edinger and his staff treated me with kindness. Very pleasant experience overall.

The annual eye exam is as thorough and personal as possible.

I like that there is Eye Center N on PCB. They were nice and answered all of my questions.

Dr Moussa is great. Both my husband and I had eye exams and felt it was the most complete one we ever had. Explained everything, provided answers to all our questions, and super friendly.

On December 21 2023, early am I accidentally stabbed my right cornea with scissors, trying to cut my own bangs. I was panicked because my vision became very blurry and the pain was excruciating. I immediately called The main number to the eye center and went straight to voicemail for emergency call back, due to not open yet. Only took a few minutes and a tech returned my call. Thank goodness it was tech Sharon L. On call that morning. She reassured me not to worry, and go straight to The Eye Center on PCB at 8am sharp. Her calmness, caring and compassion helped me to calm down and eased my nerves. She was a Godsend that morning!
I did exactly what she said, saw Dr Moussa immediately that morning and he knew exactly what to do to ease the pain. I had to wear a bandage contact lens for 2 weeks, which had to be changed out every 3 days, and Dr. Aker and Dr Edinger, with their expertise and knowledge, put me on the road to a full recovery. I am so thankful to The Eye Center of North Florida in Panama City and Panama City Beach, for being there and for such wonderful caring Doctors and especially Tech Sharon L.for her heartfelt kindness. She was definitely my “guardian angel” that fateful morning.

My daughter was the patient and she was taking good care of.
We waited over an hour to be seen though which caused our plans after the appointment to be cancelled. Once we were called back it went quickly and professionally.

Everyone was really friendly. But I think they overbook there appointments

It was abit of a long process to get your eyes examined.

The ophthalmologist that saw me was really knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, it was a good experience.

I visited the PCB office, which is much quieter and faster than the ever-busy main office. I saw Amber Anderson, which I had heard from the lady who booked the appointment that she was a new fan favorite… and I was not disappointed. Please try to get Amber for your next appointment. She is the only optometrist in my entire adult life (16 years now), who has chosen to take the time to perform my eye exam while my eyes are dilated, which is how we figured out I have latent hyperopia. For years I have been focusing my eyes when taking my exams without realizing it, and then ending up with the wrong prescription. The dilation forces your eyes to not focus, and allows the optometrist to get a more accurate read. I literally cried when I got home, because for the first time ever I was able to actually see with just my right eye through the lenses they use for the exam. I’ve never been able to fully do that, but I didn’t know what to do or say. We’ll have to slowly build up to my correction prescription, but once we’re there I’ll be able to see without straining my eyes, and they’ll finally be able to relax fully. If you see this, Amber, thank you so much. You have no idea how much it meant to me.

First time client. Had an eye exam which was quite thorough using latest equipment.
Great choice of frames from basics to designer. Prices were very competitive. The staff was a joy. Everyone was nice, patient and helpful.

I really enjoyed this office over the one in town. It’s smaller but it feels more personal in my opinion. Dr. Anderson was super nice and explained things very thoroughly for me to understand my daughters eye sight and the importance of dilation. Techs and front desk were sweet as well even to other patients. 10/10 recommend.

We arrived 30 min early and spent some time looking at new frames. In no time it seemed.our names were called. Our overall experience was great, very professional and thorough.

We are on vacation in FL and I had an eye problem. They are so professional and gets me right in. I definitely recommend them for an eye clinic. If I lived here I would definitely have them as my eye dr.

The Optometrist and assistants were very nice and thorough during my eye exam. The wait to be assisted with new glasses however, was much to long so I had to leave without purchasing a pair.
