Scam artists! They will sell your personal info and make you pay twice for services. I paid all cash for ALL treatments and tests that were ultimately inconclusive. Now I'm getting text messages from third party labs. I called to ask about the billing, and no one will return the calls. I call to get the actual test results (since I'm being charged twice for them), and no one will pick up in the office or return my calls. This office is a scam. If you want a more competent staff and better pricing, go to GOROVOY.

I have never been disappointed at Eye Centers of Florida. The staff and doctor has been friendly, kind and helpful. My needs were met and everything explained was easily understood and my experience here has been an excellent one. Thanks in helping to keep my vision.

Loved the friendly nurses and all the other techs. Made me feel very comfortable. I had cataracts removed by Dr. Quinn.

My exam was performed in a very professional and timely manner. My glasses came in earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. I picked them up and left, the next day, I think, I came back and asked them to be adjusted. They were to tight behind my ears. The gentleman tried adjusting several times but didn't get it right. I came back the next day and a very nice man made several adjustments till he got them right.

Everything was great! I didn’t have to wait long at all, and the staff is very friendly. I had a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend Eye Centers of Florida.

They were able to accommodate my schedule with a Saturday appointment, the staff was polite and very informative. I’ve previously used Eye Centers of Florida and have always experienced great customer service.

Cheerful, helpful professional folks. My only negative: wait, wait & more wait. My actual face time with each person was less then 1/2 hour total, Yet I was there for nearly 1 1/2 hrs.

If you are looking to kill sometime this is your place! You can count on spending a minimum of 3 hours for your exam. I had to come back 4 times for the optical department to fix flaws with my glasses. If you enjoying paying to be a guinea pig, this is your place! They are training techs and let them practice on you. When I finally saw the doctor 2.5 hours later he didn't even know I was there for a cataract consult. He also didn't examine my eyes at all. Of and that will be $45 for the glasses perception, even though the bill your insurance. (Insurance fraud has been reported) As I'm writing this I'm standing at the optical counter for 10 minutes now no one has even said hello. Would not recommend.

Everyone from check in to the assistants, Dr Quinn and Dr Mauer are professional and compassionate. They are top notch and I trust them with my surgery and eyesight

Excellent service when I went in didn’t take long the techs were very helpful Everybody was friendly especially the tech Erick he knew what he was doing he took care of us and he made us feel very comfortable
