16Excellent, the Doctor is super friendly and all her staff is excellent, especially a young woman named Cardona. She made us feel like family.
Don't bother. Made an appointment over the phone and added it to my schedule for a month out. Showed up on time and not only did they not have my appointment or record of us at all but the doctor was not on site so they couldn't do anything at all but reschedule us for another 2 months out. No thanks.

From the time you walk into the door till the time you are finished you are treated with care. They answered every question in a way a layman can understand.
I am so disappointed with this office and will not refer anyone. From the start it took 3 months to even get my daughter an appointment. Then at her appointment we did find out she does need glasses and when we tried to get the prescription filled the internet was down. I was told that I would receive a phone call to go over details of what my insurance would cover and that was a week ago today. I have called 3 times since her appointment date with no phone call back. Absolutely ridiculous! I will most definitely be taking my business elsewhere!
After several days calling I was able to communicate 3 times and they always told me the same thing, they were trying to communicate with the optician and after the optician was reviewing my file, that they would call me back in two minutes and they never call you again or they also hang up on you the phone while you wait, finally I have not been able to solve my problem and I just wanted to order a new set of contact lenses, the attention is terrible.
The staff from start to finish was very good and helpful. From the front desk to the Tech to the Doctor it was All Good Thanks, Trent

Had an eye appointment on April 19 made a year ago. They confirmed my appointment about 5 times. I get there, they no longer take my insurance as of last August. So they had 8 months to notify me and they did not. So I wasted my time and gas to drive there because of their incompetence. I bet if I didn't show, they would of charged me for the appointment. What a JOKE of an operation.
I just got off the phone after being on hold 29 minutes. Finally someone answered and I was put on hold for another 10 minutes. All I need is a pair of my new strength for my contact lenses. I was told I would get a call back today. This is all after my first initial exam where I went to another location for cataracts evaluation. I was not told not to wear my contacts for a week previous to this visit. Had to take another day off work and go back AGAIN. They really need to hire more and better help at these offices!
Excellent THOROUGH eye exam! I will be back to get my beautiful new prescription glasses! Staff extremely competent and friendly, knowledgeable.
The worst office I had ever been! They are ignore their customers. I try to get refill for a week, and every time I had call them they said: we will call you back! (no one did) Stay away from this horrible place!

I was trying to get a copy of my prescription because when I try to buy through them refill of my contacts they put me in hold and then hangup on me, and when I call them back they said: we will call you back! This is a very difficult place to do business with. Every time I go they are out to lunch. Furthermore I have a problem with a pair of lenses I purchased there and they are very uncooperative in making them right. "You can't leave them because they will get lost". That's what I was told today by the way, and told with a bit of attitude. Really? I will never go back to this business.
You have to wait on hold a long time before you speak to anyone. If you request a call back, it takes hours. I've already waited two hours and still no call back.
I still haven't been able to physically receive my prepaid glasses that are insurance covered 100% since early December. They called my a week or so after my exam and chose of frames with Robert. Told me that my glasses are ready. I drove to the Cape location. That's where I took the exam. And they said they can't find them. Ever since then it's been the run around. I'm not happy
