Dr. Chant, Olivia, the front desk, and Lisel are amazing. I went I for a stye in my eye and they took great care of me. Lisel made sure I was seen on the same day and Dr. Chant took great care in making sure I felt better. This location is wonderful and they care about your well being. Thank you for taking care of me especially when I needed it the most.
I recently had the pleasure of purchasing contacts from Vero, and I must say that she is an exceptional individual who goes above and beyond to provide unparalleled assistance. Her dedication, knowledge, and willingness to help make her a standout professional in her field.
This is the absolute worst Eye Center I have ever seen in my life. I ordered contacts and they are so blurry I can’t even read my computer screen. I’m trying to get back in touch with the doctor and it’s an impossible. I get the recording in Fort Myers but my doctor is in Naples. I talked to a gentleman there the other day who had no clue who this doctor even is! They have hung up on me twice and other than that I can’t even get through. So I decided to go to the doctor’s office which is right around the corner from my house. I arrived there 10 minutes before closing and the lights are out. Doors are locked. I knocked on the door because I saw the lights in the back and no one will answer the door. I can’t reach them by phone, I can’t show Up during hours of operation - nothing and yet there’s a number and a sign on the door “walk-ins welcome. ” I wonder when people would walk in? What a shame too, because I actually liked the Optometrist. I just hate this operation and will never come back as soon as I get this straightened out.

ECOF actually contacted us a couple months prior to the appointment date to have our daughters eyesight checked out. They were friendly, helpful, and efficient. As well as extremely knowledgeable, and seemed eager to actually help out as opposed to seeming eager to make money. 10/10 would recommend. The nurse and doctor were both very patient as well. Thank you, ECOF. We appreciate you guys very much!
