Eye Fashion Optical Inc, Miami FL

I waited for over 2 weeks for my eye glasses and they were supposed to be sunglasses since I have photophobia and am sensitive to light but they were not. I couldn't wear them because they just magnified the light and I had to go back to the emergency room and get another prescription. The lady didn't know any English if she did she might have known that they were supposed to be sunglasses.

This place is the place to go for your optical needs. They have an amazing service and environment and help you so you can have the most fashionable choice for your eyewear.

I have been a patient of this optical for two years and I have always done very well. The customer service is excellent and they are always aware of how it went with my new glasses. I recommend this optical, they are the best.

My experience is ad very unprofessional by the person that made my schedule eye appointment. Even after everything was verified before my scheduled date. Only to get there something different and told I couldn’t be seen. A waste of time and gas.

I wanted to share how terrible the customer service is. My mother was sent by her insurance to get her eyes checked. She spoke on the phone with a representative for almost 2hours reguarding her appointment and insurance acceptability. She comes in for her appointment to find out that they said they did not accept her insurance. Taking the time and effort to go to Eye fashion optical place just for the representative at the front desk to say no we can not take you. However I call my moms insurance and they do accept her insurance. This place is bias and would not take my mom for various reasons. She is up in age and did not deserve to be treat inhuman. They did not to help her with information and gave no answers why they booked her the appointment and verified her insurance while with on the phone making the appointment for 2 hour. This is completely unacceptable for citizens with proper insurance. I don’t not recommend this place if you are not of Spanish culture. This will be told to all my clients of how this company treated my 63 year old mother. And reported to Humana. I will do a grievance.
