Dr. Terance Hafner, my eye doctor, is excellent. He is very thorough, professional, and answers all my questions. He has an excellent staff and I appreciate their services too. Highly recommend him.

I lost my glasses and I cannot see without them. I called to see what my options were, and then just showed up on my lunch break. Dayvan and the other staff stopped what they were doing to help me find the right pair for me and get an order placed. They also offered an option for a rush order since my prescription is so unique. This has been my go to for glasses since 2020 and they have always been the absolute best from front door to eye exam and choosing my glasses. Today was what I consider to be the highest level of customer service I have experienced. Thank you all, you made my day!

My first time seeing this doctor and going to this location. The doctor was friendly the office was nice an clean. BUT however I was not happy with my transition glasses (I've never got to wear them because the lenses are off) nor my contacts. Maybe it was just a bad experience for myself.

Last year we experienced such nice and professional staff. This year Dayvon is the man and a great addition to an already amazing staff.

I absolutely love going here, from the time I checked in to the time I checked out I had a blast at the eye doctor. Mr Dayvon was so helpful with my new glasses and has an awesome sense of humor and Ms. Sonia was such a peach helping me check out. This is the only place to go for your eye health, the whole staff is extremely welcoming and helpful.

Phyllis was phenomenal and very educated with her job. Thank you Phyllis, I appreciate the time you took to help me! The whole office staff was very friendly! Thank you guys for the experience.

LOVE Eye Specialist of Mid Florida, Pa.in Auburndale. Both Dr. Haffner and Dr. Hutton are very professional and knowledgeable. All of the staff members are very accommodating, professional, and friendly. Auburndale is truly lucky to have this business for the citizens.

Just went to make an appointment and get nose protectors for my existing glasses and they were so nice and pleasant.

I really like Dr. Hafner! He is so nice and takes his time with you to explain what is going on with your eyes. The staff is awesome! You get in fast and out. This is the best eye place ever! I really love it!

Phyllis is especially great at helping you pick the right glass for your features. She is also very knowledgeable on the insurance and able to explain the benefits available to you.
