Eyebrow Threading by Saleema, Pembroke Pines FL

Saleema has honestly became my favorite person ever. She’s so kind, gentle and cares so much about the quality of her work. I drive 35 minutes for her every time I need my eyebrows done. Just recently I got them tinted and they came out so natural I loved them! Receive so many compliments on my eyebrows daily and she does them so good they last and I don’t see hair growing back until about 3-4 weeks. It’s really hard to find someone to do your eyebrows correctly. She has me as a customer forever! Thank you saleema.

I will follow Saleema wherever she goes. Always professional, kind, and does an amazing job. I would never trust my brows with anyone else. Can't wait to try lash curling next time as well!

I do not normally write reviews, but I wanted to express my opinion about Threading by Saleema because I am unhappy with this unprofessional service. I have given this salon many chances, and I was very unhappy with my expereince every single time. During many of my visits, Saleema called me about 2-3 times before my appointment to find out where I was because she was paranoid about me being on time to my appointments. I would like to note that I was ON TIME to every single appointment. While sitting on the chair, she would give me a little lecture about arriving early and mumble/grumble about how I was holding her back from attending to her other clients. I feel this was extremly rude even though I was on time to my appointment every single time. Furthermore, I feel like Saleema is money hungry. When paying, she uses her phone to charge your card and she asks directly “How much do you want to tip? ”. You have to tell her how much you are tipping and she does not let you enter the amount on your own. Needless to say, during a recent visit, my credit card was not working on her phone reader. She made me feel violated and attacked when she yelled at me to fix the card. She would not let me leave the store. She made stand in a corner. I tried to walk to the front to ask the front desk if they had a scissor (because maybe if I could peel off the new card sticker residue, the card would work). As I took 5 steps towards the front of the salon, Saleema yelled at me and she said “Where are you going you need to stay here and fix the card. Do not go up there”. She also told me that if her credit card reader on her phone stopped working that I would be responsible for purchasing her a new one. This had never happened to me in any store before. While sitting and waiting for my turn, I experienced Saleema treating another customer this way. It was humilating, embarassing, and straight up rude. She made the customer and myself feel as if we were trying to steal from her. During my last experience with Saleema, I called her on the phone and asked if she could take me in to get my eye brows done. She asked me what time I can come, and I asked if I could come now. She said yes and she told me she would fit me in between her appointments. After a customer, she told me that I would be next (mind you at this point I was already waiting for about 40 minutes patiently). Her next appointment walked in, and she decided to take her appointment over me. I found this to be very unprofessional because she told me I would be next. She did not tell me that if an appointment walks in, she would take me after the appointment. I have worked in a medical setting for the last 6 years, and I am very knowledgeable about professionalism when it comes to appointments. I feel as if respecting your customers and clients is of utmost importance in a bussiness. Having referred many of my friends and family members to her business, I am upset because they have also experienced some of these same mannerisms. Me, my friends, and family deserve to get our services done from a place where they feel respected and welcomed, so we will be finding a new salon to get our eye brow services from.

I had a great experience with Saleema! She did my eyebrows exactly how I wanted them, which was to keep it thick and clean it up. She was also very professional and took her time to make sure she did it thoroughly. Overall, it was a great experience and I will continue to come back while I am in Florida.

Very sloppy rude and un professional. Did not care at all and wanted to finish super fast to take another walk in customer. My eyebrows are messed up and will go to someone else to fix the after I paid 40 dollars in this awful service. Really annoyed

Just moved into the area and it was hard to find a place I can trust. Saleema did not disappoint! I’m so in love with my eyebrows and lashes. For sure will be coming back just to try her other services now. Highly recommend

Saleema is the absolute best! When my work location changed I found her place by reviews. Sure enough from the moment I walked in she was a sweetheart. My eyebrows were messed up and she brought them back to life. Saleema is very professional and one of the best. I highly recommend her you won’t regret it!

Make sure to book an appointment in advance, as this place is usually booked, and for good reason. Saleema is a pro at threading eyebrows, and much to my liking prefers keeping eyebrows on the thicker side rather than having them super thin/arched. Not to mention how quick she is while remaining accurate. I don't trust anyone else with my brows.

I got the eyebrow threading done by Saleema and it was amazing! She is very knowledgeable, clean, and quick. Her work is top-notch. I loved how my eyebrows came out! She also sold me some Castor oil which she recommended for some hair growth I need to work on in one of my eyebrows due to previous micro blading. Thank you, Saleema. I will be back!

My girl Saleema is the best person to go to if you need your eyebrows done! She never fails to make them look PERFECT. Ive been going to her for almost 2 years now. Make sure to call beforehand because she might be booked for that day! I recommend her to all my friends and my family. Go!

Wonderful! Saleema never disappoints. I like it when my eyebrows are kept thick and she does exactly that. She’s clean, organized, and punctual. She’s a professional so don’t be late to your appointment, she does accommodate as much as she can but she does maintain a busy schedule! I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

I told her I wanted it thick and with an arch. I even showed her a picture of what I had before. When she showed me the finished work the first time I told her to arch it some more. After the second time I realized she didn’t know how to arch so I just told her it’s fine because if she would have continued it would have been even more thinner. Shen then put some gel on my eyebrows which dried up 2 mins later and my skin is burning because it’s dry and she didnt add anything to keep it moisturized. And she rushed through everything. I should have just gone to “My Eyebrow Lady” in Hialeah. That’s what the salon is called. Better service and exactly what you want. They are worth the price. The picture with the glasses is what I asked for (I had it tinted also but I could still see an arch before it was tinted) and the other is what I got.

Today was my first visit. Saleema es very professional and kind, the place is clean. I did my face, neck and tinted my eyebrows, they look amazing. I will continue using her services without a doubt.

Good at her job but extremely rude. No hospitality, and does not know how to treat her customers. Makes you feel like a hassle.

Ms. Saleema is Amazing! She does a great of asking what do you want for your brows. She takes her time shaping them. She is very considerate! She is a professional and will continue to go to her for services.
