Eyeglass Maxx Port Charlotte

I went to Eyeglass Max to get glasses I had my eyes examined 3 times, spent 1700 dollars and still can't see out of them I was then told by Jamie I wasn't getting my money back which I had not asked for I was just tired of not being able to see out of them sadly I will never go back

2x needed repairs to prescription glasses purchased elsewhere. 2x repaired at no charge! Next time I need glasses, I'm taking my business to this business. Friendly. Professional. Thank you.

Great experience! I had surgery and can’t wear my glasses because of where the incision is behind my ear. My regular eye Dr.is booked out months and I tried calling other eye glass stores and they were booked out weeks. These guys were able to get me in to the Venice store within 2 days and into some contacts. The first pair of contacts wasn’t the most comfortable, I have an astigmatism in both eyes, so the Dr.called another store, the one in Port Charlotte to see if they had the ones I needed and they did! I have a very strong prescription and not being about to see really isn’t the greatest. I’m so happy I to be able too see again!

I came in because I had dropped my new glasses that I got online and a screw popped halfway out. I had just gotten them online and was pretty sure I would need to get new ones. Denise was extremely friendly and was able to repair my glasses after working on them for a solid 15 minutes. On top of that she was really friendly and made it a very pleasant experience!

When I arrived with my bent Oakley’s, I was sure that I would be buying a new pair of sunglasses.
WOW! Denise Walters was able to square the frames and tighten the arms. They feel like a new pair of glasses.

This was my first time there and they offer after hour appointments by appointment which I love as I don’t get home until after 5. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and even called me later that night to let me know I forgot my glasses. I will definitely recommend them and I will be back again

I went in to get contacts and glasses and just got a really REALLY bad eye infection after the doctor was moving my contacts without washing his hands. Now got an even bigger issue and more expensive than what I thought it was going to be

I highly recommend Eyeglass Maxx for your eye care needs. The staff is very friendly and they are very patient when it comes to teaching a first time contact user how to put their contacts in, and believe me it took a while. They have a wide variety of lenses and they always have a deal on exams, glasses and contact lenses. This is a very friendly and affordable establishment. I took my ad into the store and started looking around. Jamey came over to help me and I couldn't believe how much he knew about the prescription I had on just by looking at them. He was a great help. Denise helped me when I picked up my new glasses less than a week later and couldn't be happier with them. When I need new glasses I will be back, not just the price was great so were Jamey and Denise!
