18 My mom was having difficulty with her glasses. And also a broken custom frame. They helped mom find an exact match even though they didnt sell that one there. And gladly reassembled her lenses into the "new" frame when it arrived. Been back twice for adjustments- they are ALWAYS so nice, polite and correct every issue for us (so far) :)

Had a great experience. Misty helped me pick out my glasses and was there to fit them when they came in. She even helped me salvage my old pair with some adjustments. She was patient and kind and I will be back for my next pair.
Kendyl is amazing! I dropped a cookbook on my glasses from another retailer and she fixed them in 30 seconds with a smile!
Great service at the 66th St location! I took in 4 old frames/lenses with a new rx and the lenses in all 4 replaced and updated in less than 24 hours! I’ve been there several times now, and my son too. We’ve always had great attentive service!
The worst staff and manager. They took my order last october 2023 over the phone and gave me a wrong grade of contact lenses and when I returned it, they charge me some but its fine, and they let me call my insurance to fixed it so i can order it again. How many times I call them and put me on hold everytime I call them. And one day, I call them again and they told me that I can’t order thru the phone because of HIPAA violation and the guy who answer the phone is so mean when I told him that I order before but you guys send me the wrong one and transfer me/ put me on hold to speak with their manager and the manager told me same thing I can’t order thru phone due to HiPAA violation and when I told her the situation she has a lot of excuses to pull my account and she said that im not eligible for contact lenses but I am eligible. So annoying.
They didn’t notify me when after 8weeks, so I went to the store and found out they had been sitting there for weeks. The glasses seemed wrong, so I had my optometrist check them. Both pairs were incorrect and each with a different error from my prescription
My granddaughter threw my glasses so I went in to get the lense put back in. The girl working on them took a long time. When she came out she said she was not responsible but they broke split right in 2. The manager came out and said I don't have the free replacement and was trying to tell me she'd give me a good deal on a new frame. I'm like wait.it's on you! They did give me a new frame for nothing. The girl trying to put the lense in let the plastic heat up too long so long story short. They made it good
Glasses are not a good prescription. Can't read or see with them. My old ones work better
SPEND MORE FOR BAD SERVICE
New (to us) optometrist was brusque to the point of rudeness. There's efficiency and there's get-them-out-of-here-as-fast-as-possible. This guy was the latter.
Six weeks for basic glasses due to errors on Eyeglass World's part. Lots of excuses, beginning with poor quality workrooms. THEIR workrooms. And that the Asst. Manager paying more attention to his female coworkers than to geting our order correct was (quote) "just the way of the world".
New leadership team, starting with the new female manager, is dismissive and rude. Called us in response to our customer service submission, and an hour later couldn't remember why she called. Then, in spite of having my name, and file directly in front of her, chose to call me "hon" like she was slinging waffles at some $5 diner. Rather than apologise, she justified it by saying it was OK because she was raised in the South.
We used to be willing to pay more for our glasses because we received great customer service. Not so great anymore.so why not just buy our glasses online for considerably less with a better selection? Which is what we're going to do next time. After seeing a different doctor.
I dropped my glasses and the frame cracked. I called and spoke to Misty who told me to come in. I went in and she helped me to get new frames at an awesome price! Thanks for jumping up and helping! Had my new glasses within the hour! Great service!
I came in today with an eyeglass emergency that other establishments were of no help. I had the pleasure of explaining my situation to Misty and not only was she friendly and understanding, she made suggestions and helped me with my problem. I was able to leave within a hour with the pair of glasses I needed. If I could give you more stars, I would. Great place and great selection of frames. Thank you so much! I will definitely recommend this eyeglass lab. Glasses on the spot!

Just visited my local Eyeglass World located here in St Petersburg, Fl. And wanted to share my wonderful experience. Reasoning for visit was broken glass repair.
Both Katie & Paula greeted me, listened to my dilemma and quickly remediated with a smile.

Misty is so awesome she know how to work with people she listen to you. She’s very niceand I’m so glad that you guys have as manager like her. She is very awesome.
First time I've had fun getting an eye exam. The staff was incredibly friendly and personable. Misty took especially great care of me, helping me through the process of ordering my first pair of bifocals. I can't wait to go back to pick up my awesome new glasses!
