Eyeglass World, Ocoee, Fl - thank you for a wonderful experience! I needed new glasses because my old ones broke while visiting Winter Garden. In just hours, this store gave me an eye exam and crafted two new eye glasses for me. Yes! They really do have frames for less than $100 for 2. My new ones fit better in every way than my old ones. Back to my vacation!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting EyeGlass World in Ocoee after putting off getting new glasses for far too long. My procrastination finally caught up with me when my old glasses broke, leaving me in need of a new pair. I visited this location after been trying with a different company for over 3 weeks to get new glasses. From the person behind the counter that greets you, to the person evaluating you, to the person helping you to select your glasses until the one that delivers and confirms you are satisfied! ALL and every single one is great employee. Excellent. Customer service. They make you feel welcome. Thank you for great service. Thank you to the manager, she is so friendly, paying attention to little details, the little time I was there she was helping everyone with a smile. You can tell is a good place to work and a better place to get your glasses,

This has been the most pleasant and easiest time purchasing eyeglasses ever…. From scheduling an appointment, to checking in, to the actual eye exam and last, to frame choice. I was quite impressed with the doctor and the entire staff.
There were so many beautiful frames to choose from i really didn’t know where to start. Sweet Rachel listened to what I wanted in a frame and she gathered many of them and sat with me while I tried them all. She was so helpful in answering all my questions and professional in her knowledge of everything related. I am a happy customer and will definitely return to this store for future needs.

Jessica was intentionally kind. We all know there is a BIG difference in customer service when you are intentional in providing GOOD, Professional Customer Care. The customer leaves feeling better than they arrived.

Eyeglass world in Ocoee was absolutely amazing. I was helped by Rachel and she was kind, funny, and all around amazing in answering my questions and assisting me in picking out glasses. The area was clean, efficient, and well managed. I recommend highly, and definitely request for Rachel, she did an absolutely amazing job.

The Dr in this office hates the Military. As soon as my son said he needed something signed to join the Marines they refused to see him.

Lost my glasses during vacation not too long ago, came here and all of my problems were solved! Rachel was a great help, she was able to answer all of my questions and provide the information I needed to get a new prescription.
