Great service, great staff, great glasses. I went when BOGO frames were going on and they told me I could pay to get sunglass lenses in one of them so I’d have one of each. Definitely get the lenses with less glare! I didn’t get them and ended up going back and getting them.

4 minutes late.which i take responsibility for.and they decided they didn't have time to see me. Why book a contact and eye glass exam at 3: 15 if you know the doctor has to leave at 4pm. Knowing contact exams take longer. And why not just tell me to come in earlier. Extremely unprofessional. Will be taking my business elsewhere. It is a shame because they are located very close to me. If 4 minutes is your grace period, that's a shame

I went there yesterday for my appointment. It was the first time I ever been there. These folks are awesome and very helpful. Thank you so much for you guys helping me with exactly what I needed. Thank You!

My step-dad Juan is in construction and always either loses or breaks glasses, thanks to the staff at the northdale store and offering him insurance which he took.the two pairs he bought had cracked he has been wearing them with tape and rubberbands. Me and my mom decided too take a pair in today because he is so busy lately. To our suprise they were fixed free of charge and we were out of there in less than 10 mins! GREAT JOB GUYS! U now have a few more customers for life!

Worse place ever! Called told them I be ten minutes late for appointment. They said ok and then got their they refused to see me. Not professional at all. Waisted my time and gas for nonthing. Unacceptable!

Words cannot express my gratitude to Laura and Katie at this location. With the store being closed (due to the virus) they are providing exemplary customer service by phone and I could not be more thankful. My son needed his glasses replaced and with two simple phone calls I had an online account set up, his prescription loaded and glasses on the way! Our family has been Eyeglass World clients for years and this just validates why we will continue to be! God Bless Your Staff!

They called me back on time for my appointment. Everyone was very kind and courteous. They weren't breathing down my neck, nor pushing me to add lens accessories. Very informative. Did not waste a second of my time. I've been wearing glasses for over 20 years, and this was my best glasses buying experience. Special thanks to Marla.

I've avoided going to the eye doctor because my last experience was not very good. Everyone here was friendly and helpful. Dr Fisher explained why my eyes are the way they are and went in to detail more than any doctor previously has with me. They were not pushy on upgrades but suggested what would work best for me. I'll definitely be coming here from now on!

This place is amazing. The are super helpful and super nice. They really help me a lot figuring it out what is the best for me. Ill highly recommend this place.they are awesome

This place by far is the best. The staff is very nice and the doctor was great with my daughter. I was ready to be dissapointed but I'm glad I wasn't. It's very hard to find a great store and I'm glad I found them.

This place is amazing. Clean, organized and everyone is super friendly and helpful. The doctor that I saw was very nice and knowledgeable and the opticians are phenomenal. I recommend this place to anyone!

I have a complicated prescription and required a couple of tries to get it right but Laura and Charity and the doctor at this store were very responsive and went out of their way to make sure I got glasses I was comfortable with. When my original lenses weren't quite right they made me temporary lenses on another set of frames and let me try them for a few days. Turns out the tweaks to the lenses were exactly what I needed. I recommend giving them a try!

Marla and the general manager (can't remember his name sorry) were great. They were super courteous and helped us out fast and they were super efficient. Thank you.

Horrible customer service. I came in ONE MINUTE late for an eye exam and they wouldn't see me. The receptionist was so incredibly rude!

Great service and staff all the way around. Exam was quick and easy. Good selection of frames. Dr. Patel was extremely nice and very knowledgable. Laura is awesome, she made sure I got the best deal I could and without her help I might still be there trying to decide which ones to get. I had a great experience here and I highly recommend them.

Not a fan of doing this but when you receive bad service you need to call it what it is. My experience with them was horrible. My glasses caused my eyes to feel like they were crossing and I got constant headaches. They gave me a refund but attempts to resolve the issue, fell on deaf ears. They wanted to charge me for another exam, even though they obviously didn't do it right the first time. Their response, it's not in our "procedures".

One of the best eye exams I ever had because Dr. Patel was personable, knowledgeable, thorough, and efficient. Reception staff was friendly and attentive. They didn't oversell their services at all and gave me my prescription as part of the checkout process.

I got a very cool, blue pair of Ray Ban Wayfarers for my sunglasses. Laura, my sales associate, was very helpful and she has good taste. I love my glasses!
