Eyemart Express, Destin FL

Would’ve gave 5 star if the Dr would’ve been more friendly. No hi how are you, he kept huffing and puffing, not sure why. Zero personality or care for me and made it very obvious he wanted me in and out. He refused to dilate my eyes because I had no glasses with me, but I told him it would be fine as I’m not driving. He said my health was good so it shouldn’t need to be done anyway? My health is not good lol and he never asked about it (only assumed because of my age). I felt pretty uncomfortable anyway so wasn’t too upset about him not doing it. Also my son and boyfriend walked in behind me and obviously had to leave (no big deal, I get that) but the guy behind the counter didn’t need to throw out his input on how he never wants kids. Other than that; Ashley was great and amazing and changed my mood for me and was very patient while I chose what I wanted! All the other women seemed very friendly and nice as well. If I ever need to purchase glasses I’ll absolutely be back. But I’ll be dilating my eyes and getting an exam elsewhere.

I went to Eyemart Express with my daughter because she needed new eyeglasses. Ashley helped her and let her try all the frames that she wanted to. The environment looked very clean and all the frames got sanitized before they put them back on the wall.

After I introduced myself and told her I was looking for glasses for my smaller face, she took me straight to those, she knows the stock; even better, she gave honest opinions about which ones complimented my features. I have never been happier to pay for glasses! They have good prices and a wonderful selection. They provided a basket so that each pair I touched was sanitized after I tried it on. Again, I am super pleased with my experience at Eyemart Express in Destin, FL. Don’t bother going anywhere else!

Lost my prescription glasses in the ocean on vacation. These guys saved the whole trip. I called them and went down there and within an hour had 2 pair of glasses for less than 40 bucks. Very thankful for Eyemart express.

This is such an amazing group of people. I was on vacation and lost my glasses in the ocean, they got me in last minute and I was able to get new glasses the same day. Thanks a lot guys very satisfied if I lived closer you’d have my business regularly.

My daughters and I were on vacation when one of them lost her glasses in the ocean. The staff at the Destin branch was extremely helpful in getting us taken care of- even fit her in on a Saturday with the eye dr so she could get her glasses! Thank ya'll so much for the wonderful service!

Ashley was amazing. Of course I lost my glasses in the oven! Eye Mart to the rescue! Excellent customer service and had new glasses in 1hr!

Timeline of my glasses:
6pm Thursday: lost glasses in ocean-blind as a bat
9am Friday: called Eyemart Express and emailed prescription
9: 45am: Was driven to EE by a friend was greeted by Ashley (AMAZING) who helped pick frames that looked like the ones I had lost
10: 25: glasses were ready—vacation: SAVED!

The assistance that I received was excellent. I recently had knee surgery and am in a wheelchair but the young lady was happy to help determine which size frames I needed as well as the colors that I was interested in getting. She did all the walking until she found just the right ones for me. All with a happy positive attitude. I will definitely be going back the next time I need glasses!

Everyone was very courteous and helpful. My glasses were completed and perfect in less than 1 hour. I am very satisfied! I have never received such good service.

Ordered glasses on Dec 30, received them Jan 9. Looked and felt fine. Wore them for about an hour and the left nosepiece fell off. Found it and went back to the store. Apparently, the nose pieces needed to be adjusted and crimped in place. Someone didn’t do this when I picked the glasses up (note - this was not my sales person). Salesperson fixes the problem, straightened the bridge piece and now they fit properly.
