Absolutely impressed with this place! My daughter now 5 has been seen by multiple doctors for her vision. She has been in glasses since she was a year old and is cross eyed. We have been going to an ophthalmologist that finally after 4.5 years wants to patch her good eye. All they ever have done is change her rx. Well I found this place only because I found a child brand (Kids Bright Eyes) of glasses I wanted my daughter to try. We went there and wow! The ladies up front were so sweet. They were patient with my daughter while she chose her glasses from a rx we already had. The ladies also explained the doctor specializes in child. I made an appointment and so happy I did! We went in for an exam and saw tests being done for my daughter I haven’t seen in the 4 years she has been having vision issues. The doctor explained my daughters vision like nobody else has ever done before. We are starting vision therapy soon and I can’t wait to see the results! The care this doctor showed for my daughter and her needs was unbelievable. Highly highly recommend this place!

Extremely unprofessional, the doctor tried to sell his own personal therapy for my child. Took over half the appointment time trying to do that. Felt like he was just trying to make more money off us, by doing this. He also started asking personal questions he didn't need to know, about my daughter's insurance. When went back for her bifocals the lady didn't warn about the headache she would get until got used to the new frames. My teen wasn't happy with her glasses being bifocals and said it didn't make a difference with either len.

I knocked on the door the woman watched me stand outside I don’t know if she was on her break but she didn’t even acknowledge me rude

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE. Very unorganized, extremely unprofessional. Still waitingg from September 22 2021. He blames my insurance. Nothing has been filled. Receptionist knows nothing. Doctor called me yelling and extremely rude. Upset my insurance company called him. As of today still no glasses 10/25 and my insurance has no claim. Better off going somewhere else. Still waiting for my second pair. Then you need to tell humana. You are on their plan. When i first called you said you did take my insurance.

We bought a pair of glasses for 400 dollars, 3 months later we had to go back because all the screws are loose.the lady at the entrance grabbed the glasses she went back to the office to adjust the glasses and came back saying they had a giant scratch. Me and my two daughters looked at each other and we couldn't believe that she was blaming us… saying we brought the glasses like that.which is a total lie! We tried to make her understand that this was not true and that it was not Fair what she was doing.she continued to argue with us! We assume that she scratched the glasses while she was fixing them and was not able to recognize her accident! She made me pay for the fix anyway which is totally unfair! Before getting my lenses back I told her to please be more honest with her clients next time.and I just left. I felt ripped off, myself and my two daughters. I want to share these awful experience so it doesn’t happen to other customers. I regret not taking a picture of the glasses before giving them to her.

My first visit to Eyes on Atlantic was April 21,2021. When I entered the store I was warmly greeted by the person at the front desk who was masked. I had a complete exam, I then sat with Joann who was also masked and took her time to assist me in choosing just the right frames, she explained everything to me in a professional, warm manner. Today I picked up my three pairs of glasses and they were perfect, Joann and her assistant were both masked. Eyes on Atlantic also went out of their way to verify my insurance even though I advised them they were not on my plan, turns out the doctor is and therefore saved me $69 for the exam. This store is clean, comfortable, professional and very respectful to everyone who walks through their door. I highly recommend this practice.

The absolute worst place I’ve ever been too. The people there are rude, makes you pay unnecessary bills that aren’t needed. Never coming back. Appalling service by the doctor but the staff was decent at best. If I could give it a negative 5 stars I would.

I have been going to this office for 5 years. During this COVID pandemic, I visited the office on three occasions (1st. Annual Exam, 2nd. Picked up a new wonderful set of Guess frames, and 3rd. (non-scheduled) to realign my frames. Each time I visited the door was locked and my temperature was checked at the door before being allowed to enter. Staff has always been welcoming.
