Don't do it the car they sell you will definitely be broken
And they don't care
They do not inspect there cars. They have no mechanic on site
This is a Consumer protection violation.

SAFETY IS AN ISSUE.

It's a no Brainer that the car was bad. All the warnings went off in minutes after it was purchased If they were a a good dealership they would have taken the car back

They also add Google ratings to boost there score and make us think it's the best place to go. Integrity does not exist.

We searched and waited to find the right mini-van for several months. We endured dealerships with ridiculous purchase fees, chased down private owner Craigslist ads and vehicles not as advertised. Then on a Saturday morning, through a Google Search, we found our van at EZ Choice.

We called ahead and spoke with Brad to learn if the van was still available and asked a few questions. We drove from N. Tampa out to Seffner. It was a busy Saturday for Brad and Ronnie, and they provided us the keys, so we checked out van. The van was exactly as advertised, a low mileage, well maintained one owner vehicle. Checking out another van and other vehicles on the lot, we observed they focus on well maintained low mileage vehicles. They gave us a plate for the van and let us go on a test drive.

The transaction process to purchase was straight forward and flawless. We have been driving the van for more than a month, and we absolutely love it. Thank you Brad & Ronnie for an outstanding experience!

I was nervous about buying a car for the first time in my life that wasn’t from a family member or close friend. The folks here were incredible! Super helpful and not pushy at all. Very accommodating when it came to payment and were transparent the entire process. 10/10!

I recently had to buy a car for the first time in over 10yrs. I already had financing from my credit union. Visited probably 3 or 4 dealerships. 2 of them had the worst false online advertising going on I had ever seen. I finally found what I wanted at EZ Choice. Ronnie was great. I test drove and left with my car the same day. There was a small scrape on the front bumper and Ronnie made me an appointment to come back when his paint guy was there. The next weekend my bumper was freshly painted and I purchased an extended warranty. The paperwork went nicely. Ronnie answered all of my questions. The mechanic was cool too He didn't look at me crazy when I hooked my code scanner up in the car. LOL! I definitely recommend EZ Choice as a used car dealer.

Brad and Ron were very knowledgably and helpful. Completed most of the financing process before, which made for a very seamless transaction once I arrived. They answered all my questions and were so pleasant during a stressful time for me. Will recommend to everyone!

Bought our Corvette here and couldn't have asked for a better experience. No pressure, very polite, and knew what they were doing so we weren't there all day buying a car. I recommend this dealership to anyone. Thanks guys for a great experience

Dealership does not know what their doing, I live 2 hours away and I've traded in my vehicles before that had paper titles that I've misplaced, and each time the dealership had me do a duplicate title form With POA. Seems like they don't want to sell cars, saw a handful of bad reviews claiming they clear engine codes.probably dodged a bullet coming here.

This is an EZ Choice, steer clear of this place. We met Ronnie late October. Nice guy. Took us on a “guided” test drive. Decided to buy the car. We met Joe (even more friendly and helpful) on Nov 1st and completed the paperwork and purchased one of their premium warranties. We were elated to help our son buy his first car after he saved a couple thousand dollars working part time while in highschool. We picked the car up on the 1st and drove off the lot. Within 15 minutes, while driving on the interstate, the car shut down saying the engine was overheating. Called Joe and he said it’s likely a sensor and he would order one for us. Easy to change out. Great, stuff happens and it appeared they were willing to help us. The car stopped another 3 times before we got home. 3 days later the part showed up. The fix however wasn’t so simple. I needed to be a mechanic to replace. We had to get the car over to Pep Boys and they said there is a lot more wrong with the car. Long story shorter, the car has been in and out of 4 car repair places, we spent more than $1000 to repair this and that and the car still isn’t running. The local Ford dealer said there is a leak in the head gasket and the engine may need to be repaired or replaced. Remember we bought the warranty? Useless. They want the service shop to tear down the engine just to determine what’s wrong estimated repairs $3-6k. I called Brad who is the manager and he instantly accused me of doing something to the car. When asked who owns the dealership, there is no answer. Ronnie says he doesn’t know. Reality is, Brad is the owner. Wait for his response to this review. It’s the same song and dance, ” customer test drove vehicle, purchased warranty “ blah blah blah. We’ve called and stopped by the dealership to try and work something out and Ronnie tells us Brad is never there. He also told us the auto auction they buy the cars from, inspects every car before they put it on the lot. Problem with that is, we called the auction house and they have no record of this car being sold. Ask them for a review of the inspection of the car before you buy it. Good luck. To this date, they have made no effort to even talk with us or provide a resolution. We even just asked to get a rep for the warranty company to call us and go over any and all options, no call. Review all the details before you sign on the dotted line. The minute you drive that car off the lot it’s all yours and they could care less. See the other reviews. Similar story. Wish I would have posted this sooner. I could have saved several people the heartache and several thousand dollars. It’s an EZ Choice, buy elsewhere. Oh and I’m sure Brad will say I threatened to sue him and the dealership. Not bad idea. Maybe the other people that have had the same experience would want to come together and do the same. Lastly, check the reviews, I’m confident they are baked. Company has been in business since 2015. When we bought the car they had less than 40 reviews. In less than 4 months more than 200?

As the OWNER claimed in his “response”, the auto auction person we spoke to was very helpful. She stated Brad buys a lot of his cars online site unseen. She was more than willing to share any info she could about the car but their were no records of the vehicle being purchased there. Call Manheim and ask. She will tell you if the vehicle was purchased through them but they can’t disclose the inspection report details. You have to get them from dealer. But they don’t have one because the car was never inspected. Like I said, ask the questions who owns the dealership, who inspects the vehicles, where is the inspection report, take the car on the interstate, and finally ask the owner Brad why they are not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. The answer, they would be rated an “F”. The best part is Brads response. First sign of any empathy for the situation and the money my 16 year old son is out of. Good luck, you’ll need it with these guys.

It's not often that you find a dealership with such outstanding service especially a small dealership! Excellent service from two young, Brad & Ron there ready to help you and do everything they can to get you approved with one of their vehicles! Sure does beat going to a large dealership and they are so helpful they're kind they're honest which is the most important thing to me and are able to answer all your questions wonderful wonderful dealership I highly recommend them!
