Fairfield Inn by Marriott Orlando Airport

I’m going to give it five stars without trying the breakfast. The front desk staff was very friendly, efficient, and helpful. Very welcoming. The lobby is typical. Nice but nothing special. It’s close to the airport and the shuttle was quick and easy to find. Returns to the airport are on the half hour.

The bed was very comfortable. The room is nice. There’s plenty of food choices nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel, friendly staff and so much included with thr price. You can't go wrong with what they have to offer such as complementary breakfast as well as a pool and hot tub area. Rooms were well equipped with ours having the 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa. Will definitely book here for another stay if I need to.

The rooms were fine, breakfast was OK. But the customer service was just awful. The worst I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. It took us 40 minutes (and two phone calls) to get picked up from the airport. When we mentioned this to the front desk, they proceeded to argue with us and were essentially accusing us of lying in regards to the pick up. At check out with a different front desk person, we were again accused of lying. Just awful customer service.

I stayed at this location while on vacation. It was very clean, but outdated. However, the courteous staff and wonderful breakfast buffet made up for everything. I would definitely stay here again.

Do not recommend the walls are so thin we can hear the neighbors and unable to sleep. They refused to do anything about it

This hotel is always clean, the staff are friendly, and they really pay attention to the small touches such as how they fold towels and going as far as stamping the toilet paper. I really admire their attention to detail and how comfy the beds are. Plus the breakfast here is amazing.

10/10 would definitely recommend.

Considering that we were stuck in Orlando for 3 days unexpectedly, this was a nice place. There was kind of a funky smell at first, but once we cut the A/C on, it was just dandy. Comfy bed and, most importantly, we had access to Netflix and HBO Go. If only I had the energy to keep my eyeballs open.

Friendly receptionists, makes you feel welcome when you walk in always smiling and willing to help. Near the airport, only 10 minutos from Florida Mall, very clean and quiet rooms. Will definitely stay again!

Fairfield Inn staff was very hospitable and the place was very clean. I would definitely recommend this to anyone I know that is coming to Orlando.

We just wanted a hotel to lodge for our 5 night stay for shopping around Orlando. Great comp breakfast, location is near hotel and F&B places. Staff are very kind, helpfull and some of them very funny, which makes the experience very real and not boring.

Very nice hotel located close to the airport and about 30 mins to the Disney attractions, 15 minutes to Seaworld. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Clean, nice hotel. Offers rides to airport 24 hrs. Offered Paul Mitchell products. Good continental breakfast with eggs, sausage and beacon, 24hrs coffee. They had board games for kids in the lobby. An office with two computers and a printer.
