After reading mixed reviews on different platforms, i put my 5 stars here. To make it simple, it is clean, nice pool and bar.good breakfast. 25 resort fee per day but worthy it as it includes parking, shuttle, and two drinks at bar and two bottle water in room everyday.

The stories begins 2020 March.we booked our weeklong trip but was interrupted by covid only a few days before the trip. I called the front desk and they issued refund no question asked even it was a non refundable booking.
2021 thanksgiving we decided to fulfill the trip finally.we didn't encountered any issues in the earlier reviews at all.the smallest king room accommodated us we'll.rooms looks NOT outdated but quite nice.we asked for a rollaway bed, and it was already delivered before we arrived at the room.
Front desk staff send text messages everyday about what they can improve our stay, it is not very hard to find help even thanksgiving week is obviously busy.

A couple thing might be helpful.the shuttle bus to downtown is very useful and included in the resort fee.it saves $4-6 per Hour parking in old Town.the Uber each way is also $20. Make sure you make reservation early and keep your boarding pass.it departs from hotel at each hour and return from the marina at half hour.it serves 4 hotels nearby and Fairfield is the last stop.

The rooster.yes they are everywhere and they are organic alarm clock every morning. I won't blame them at all.pool is big, maybe the biggest on keywest and pool bar is open late into 8: 30~9pm sometime, bar tenders discretion.

Enjoy the stay. I will surely choose this hotel if you don't like b&b and don't break your bank.

Great affordable hotel. Right on the main road to get around Key West. The courtyard was beautifully done, and so was the pool. The breakfast was substantial. If you haven't been to Key West, be ready for the chickens. They are pretty, and the roosters crow in the morning, but not too early. You are about 1.5 miles walk to a nice bench next to the water and a walking path. A little farther to a beach.

I have over 700 nights at Marriott and this hotel does NOT meet the Marriott quality that we have come to love. We were upgraded to a Suite Room which I thought would be nice. While the furniture and bed were Marriott quality, everything else was not. The door and only window face the main street and you can hear the street noise from the room. The room had multiple items that felt unclean: Shower had visible mold, ceiling had cracks, multiple spots were the wall had holes in it, shower head setting was broken, shower curtain was too short and water dripped on the floor during a shower. For the price and suite upgrade, this missed the mark on multiple levels. To top it all off, the front desk did not seem engaged during my check in.

Was sent to this hotel after 24North hotel messed up our reservations and offered us a suite stay at the Fairfield. The room was not a suite, we were in a one bed, normal room between the three of us. The pull out was broken so my brother had to sleep on the floor. Which is hilarious as we passed three rooms right next to our with two beds! Paid more than originally planned to pay at 24North which is a much nicer hotel than this. The front desk attendants were rude, slow, and unprofessional. The room has no freezer but a small fridge that doesn’t work. The rooms smell. The bathrooms are not cleaned properly there’s black stuff all around the outside of the shower and around the toilet. There’s people screaming and fighting here at 3 in the morning. It’s just been an absolute nightmare to be here. Stay away from both the 24North and this hotel.

This was a lovely hotel, the location was great and the staff were very nice. The best part of the trip is that even though I traveled alone, I didn't have to sleep alone as I was accompanied by several bedbugs. I was assured I'd get a refund for this unexpected sleeping arrangement but upon a "thorough" inspection by the staff, they determined the bed bugs were non-existent. Denying the existence of my new friends I found very disturbing, especially with the photographic evidence I took of all of us having a grand old time. With that said I was only refunded for leaving early and not for the full night that I got to sleep along side these little critters, I guess after all new friendships are priceless:)

The check-in process was quick and easy, staff was friendly and very informative. The grounds were clean and had plenty of parking. The room was large, clean, the ac was on, and most importantly the bed was comfortable. I normally don't like outside hotel pools, but this one was nice. However the pool bar closed a bit early for my liking (I think it was 8pm). Overall it was a nice hotel and I would have no issues staying again.

Excellent stay while in Key West. Comfortable and clean rooms, tasty breakfast, and shuttles to old town.
Make sure to ask for room discounts.

This was a fabulous hotel! Clean, friendly people, breakfast was great and the shuttle was there every time we needed it. Will definitely stay again!

The customer service at this hotel was fabulous. Annette took exceptional care of us and our party when we needed to check in and get other folks to the airport. She went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and left with a positive experience. Would definitely return to this hotel.

No complaints at all! Andreen checked us in with no problem early since we flew in on the first flight of the morning. Breakfast buffett was still available and was kept fresh and supplied. The property grounds were well maintained and kept clean. The room was dated but clean, beds very comfy and nice cold AC! Yes, as others mentioned, the roosters start around 6 or 7am, but nothing you can do about that! We didn't mind at all since we were upstairs and get up early anyway. Drink coupons at the bar were a plus! I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Bad experience from the start. Arrived at 4 PM to check in. Only one person at front desk to take care of a lot of people checking in (likely high transit hour). They didn't have my room available until 5 PM, even though check in is at 4 PM. Staff was very condescending. Breakfast was a joke. Only Cheerios available, all the rest empty stations, no even cups to get juice. Only one person taking care of the whole breakfast area. Check out process, the same one person at front desk at a high transit hour 10: 30 for check out. Never again.

First floor was full of bugs. They moved us to second floor with no isses. Great pool.

KEY ISSUE:

My daughter inadvertently left a very expensive blanket behind. I have called SO MANY times trying to get it back to no avail. I cannot tell you how many messages I left for the housekeeping manager. Super bummed as it had a $100 value. Unbelievably frustrating!

Because Ms Theresa at the front desk was excellent, we definitely recommend to all who may stay and she deserves a higher rate of pay
