Friendly and efficient staff. Room is what you would expect from a Fairfield Inn, clean and just enough room.

Never again worst place room is damp smell of mold and water throughout the hotel. Breakfast is a disgusting and not even in prison you get such a bad breakfast. Do NOT stay there it is less than motel 6

The only 5 star is for the staff which is always friendly and supporting. The hotel and all that comes with it should be 1 star the most except staff is 5 star.

Staying at the Fairfield Inn was outstanding and wonderful. The customer service was better than expected. I was welcomed and greeted by Alex and she was extremely helpful. She was confident and respectful. Prior I had several question upon my arrival and they were all patient with me as well.

Great location but the hotel itself. I've seen better of the Marriotte Fairfiel Inn & Suites Chain. They are renovating it now so I"ve no doubt it will be better in the future.

I stayed at this hotel about a month ago and the girl Alex was amazing. She was helpful with anything I needed. She always has a smile on her face and made me feel welcomed. I would defiantly come again just for her

I stayed here because my trying week was here. The desk associate was rude, I could not hear her and had to have her repeat herself. The morning clerk was very helpful (Andi?). Room woas fine. The bed was left unmade, sheets did not seem fresh when I arrived. It was okay but nothing to write home about.

My first time staying here, for training, the coventions rooms were great but noisy from remodel.

My last night here as I was getting ready for bed, about to take my contacts out to put my glasses on, when i noticed my contact case was no longer on the counter (i put all my bathroom needs in a bag minus the case so it can dry out during the day) I seen it when i came in for lunch and the room hadn't been cleaned yet. I can only deduce that it was thrown out when the room was cleaned which is truly frustrating when im out of town with no car and need a case to put my contacts in to be able to sleep. Along with the fact no one's things should be thrown out during their stay.

On a positive note, Andy at the front desk is pleasant. Thank you for having a great attitude and positivity about yourself and all the help you provided on my stay.

Today we checked out of our hotel and have returned home after our week long vacation to Universal. Our trip was booked on the Universal website and we picked Fairfield Inn & Suites as our hotel, which was on their website as a Universal parter hotel. This hotel shouldn’t be a partner hotel. Our room was absolutely disgusting! The room smelled from a bad mildew smell like there was severe water damage. The ceiling in our room also had signs of water damage and 3/4 of it looked like it had black mold. I also heard that several other guests had the same issue and changing rooms still had the same problem. I knew I didn’t pick a 5 star hotel but this was absolutely ridiculous. I’ve stayed at other Fairfield Inn & Suites before and never had any problems. The other big issue with this hotel is their shuttle service to Universal. They are using Crown. They only have a 9: 15 departure from the hotel every day and on top of the they were late every single day so we could not take advantage of our early access to the park. As far as the vehicles they are using, it really made the hotel look even worse as well as Universal allowing this at a partner hotel. They were using very old vans and very old mini bus. Most had no AC and some of the vehicles had check engine lights on, oil lights on, and tire lights on. I had to worry every day that my family would be safe. We will never return to this hotel ever again and suggest you do the same. Stay away from this hotel!

Front Desk Clerk, poor attitude, lacked customer service skills, a/c in room did not work, no engineer on site to fix issue, hotel did not have another room to put me in with King bed. The worst hotel I have ever experienced will NEVER stay at this Marriott chain ever again.

Stayed one night after my flight was canceled.
Staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean.
Only downside was the hot tub was closed, was looking forward to sitting in it and relaxing for a bit.
Overall a great hotel, no problems at all.

Staff were super friendly staff and helpful.
Great location with plenty off food options.
Superior king room was very comfortable and clean for its price.
Cable was a little lackluster and toilet got clogged after 1 night.
Breakfast was okay in some options and bad in others.

Stayed at the place for one night with my kids. The location of the property is great with few of the parks within 5 miles radius. Room was nice and clean. The washroom was clean too. I found a few toiletries missing and my room phone not working. But bonvoy app came to the rescue and I was able to request via that. The breakfast was good and the refills were prompt. Overall, satisfied with my stay.

I had right at this place completely differently the other day however things drastically changed since then and that only their service could also the quality of their accommodations. When I went for a return visit to friends that ran from out of town we were sitting in the room hanging out and I've realized that I saw a bug crawling on the bed but your first I thought was a tick but upon further looking into it was definitely a bed bug that was in Room 217 management claims that they were going to come tonight for my friends living room, stay did supposedly but the all the while giving him an extremely hard time about the whole situation and basically making X so that they no longer wanted to stay there but the idea that they would get upset about us finding bed bugs in their rooms is absolutely absurd I will present video and picture to backup my claims shortly. I now would suggest avoiding staying there with rooms infested with bed bugs

Room appears to have been recently repainted. Pictures sitting on shelf by desk not hung up. No chair in room. Had to ask twice. Two women at desk could care less. Not enough parking car spaces. 24 hour coffee service is provided.unfortunately it is cold. Room A/C unit is extremely loud. Refrigerator in room makes strange noises. I have been staying at Marriott properties since the 1980's. This property is clearly not a Marriott quality product. It probably would rank at the bottom of motel 6 chain.

Hotel is not well maintained. Mold smell in the room, old beds- very uncomfortable and carpets dirty. Bathtub dirty and with mold spots. Bathroom with a humid- not clean curtains smell. Never experienced before in a Marriott Hotel such low class hotel experience. It is well located but very bad experience. Very little parking spot too
