Super location if you have an early flight at PIE. We got there very early and they were able to check us in, we relaxed most of a day and were comfortable.

Jeremy and Aisha were so friendly at check in. After a long drive they welcomed me with an incredible smile and made me feel right at home! Thank you both for the amazing hospitality and a wonderful stay!

We paid our reservation through Priceline, which was all good at first. When we got to the hotel, we were told that there needs to be a $20 incidental fee paid before we could get the room. Unfortunately, we use tap pay for just about everything and don't have a physical card. This proved to be exhausting and exasperating. However, Denise went above and beyond, searching for any way to help us get into the room and finally was able to come up with a great idea that enabled us to get our room. Hats off to DENISE, an exemplary employee employee!

Nice place to stay with ample parking.rooms were nice and it's right in the middle of Tampa and Clearwater.about a $30 uber either way.worth staying and I recommend

I just wanted to let you know that I inquired about a receipt for my company transaction record. Denice, who answered the phone, was very rude and laughed at me when I told her I didn't have a confirmation number but could provide my name and the date of stay. It was possible the room could have been under a family member's name, and she said they would have to call in because she couldn't give out that information. The hotel was okay, but Denice made this experience terrible. I am not worried about the receipt now, but I will pass on this experience to my company's team about why I couldn't provide the receipt.

The hotel bills itself as recently remodeled, for the carpet and paint that is correct. However, the furniture is old. The remodel in my room was executed very poorly. The window would not close and the sash locks were broken. The shower head was barely functional and there was a 1-inch gap under the door where you could see into the hallway. Very much a minimum standards Fairfield. I made the decision to check out early when I went downstairs for breakfast and there was no coffee. In this area there are much better choices.

I’m a Member for around that 3 years always we’re rent this Hotel and Marriott because I’m softball Mom and our Team always found the best accommodations for our girl’s and parents, unfortunately today I get my first bad experience with the lady who actually she don’t want give me her name and she haven’t her pin or tap name so, I made my check in at 8: 30 pm with my daughter who was playing softball all day from 6am we traveled from Orlando to Clearwater, so the lady who was in the front desk she ignored me, she was tapping on her computer and I decided introduce my self first while she still tapping and I said hello my name is xxxxx I have my reservation and I give her my drivers license and she stopped tapping she don’t looking me and she told me I need your card and I Answered I’m sorry but I forgot my card but I have a picture, I did before and everything was fine, she said I can’t moved forward because you don’t have you card and I doing my job, she don’t give another option and I said can I talk with you manager please and she Answered she is no here I’m texting her but she don’t answer I was confused I was tired my daughter was tired, and I talked to her so question what about my money if I can’t cancel the reservation please I need talk to the manager and she don’t want talk to me she don’t give me another option and I said her it’s no fair I just want my reservation she still said I can’t to do nothing and she started talking to my daughter who is under 16 she pretended that I didn’t understand what she was said because I’m Hispanic but I understand, I speak English and I understood everything and suddenly she call the police ‍️ and she told me you have to leave the hotel ‍️ I give her my American Express and my debit card but she continue ignore me and continue text in her phone, I felt really bad, was no fair, final the policy arrived and the said unfortunately you have to leave the hotel because she don’t want that you stay here the company have private polices and you must to come out and leave the hotel, I understand the company have the rule but I think like a customer service you have to looking for any solutions or at least see my records with the Marriott, actually some of my friends come down to tried look for any solution they given his card or make another reservation under their names and she said I can’t I called the police and she have to leave the hotel, was no fair

The front desk was very friendly, professional, and out-reaching in a number of encounters. Better than average was the complimentary breakfast, which had a nice array and many toppings and condiments. The location of the hotel allowed us to reach a convenience store and a desired restaurant without having to use the nearby major and very busy road. On the downside was the sound of the adjoining rooms. Rather loud pacing could be heard from above while water flow could be heard from the bathroom next door. Perhaps it was just the particular room we had. Overall, it was a good stay and we would return.

It was ok, the staff were nice and friendly however the hall way and room smelled like mold. The bathroom had mold all over the ceiling. Also, someone was smoking in their room and I could smell it in the hallway. I stay at Marriott because they use to be a great hotel but it seems they have slacked on the upkeep of their hotels.

Let’s start with amazing! Denise is top notch at this place. She doesn’t miss a beat and is absolutely a huge asset for the company! She went way above and beyond for me as a guest and I was completely impressed by her and by the hotel. She is a complete people pleaser and made my stay amazing! The hotel was also amazing! So so clean and organized! My room was detailed and perfect as well. I honestly can’t say enough! Perfect stay!

Much more to this Fairfield location that may meets the eye. Modernized to an extend and the rooms are absolutely made to be comfortable and spacious - really did enjoy the beds here. Hotel is good for families, traveling workers, etc as they have some amenities like a pool and workout room, but there's also breakfast every morning.

The people are amazingly friendly! They do their best to make you feel welcome. The hotel is like a motel, not a 3 star hotel. Breakfast is awful! One ice maker working in the entire hotel. The TV is small, the room is dark, the beds are ancient. This hotel and its amenities are from the early 90s. Again, not the workers fault. I usually don't post bad reviews but this needs to be known. Avoid!

Staff were friendly but the first room we were given had a sickening smell of mildew so we asked to switch. Our second room had less of a mildew smell but it was still slightly present throughout the room. Not only that, the sheets and blankets were damp which made for a very uncomfortable night. Would not recommend to anyone.

Such a nice hotel! Staff was very friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend! Breakfast was great and there was good parking! They’re dog friendly as well!
