Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Fort Pierce

This is a very very clean place and the rooms are very nice and the breakfast is one of the best around that area.

Good breakfast. Pleasant staff. Shower curtain rod was not installed correctly allowing water on the floor without constant adjustment. Very annoying.

Horrible service the staff was rude and unhelpful. And
They attempted to tell me after checkout over the phone two hrs after I left the hotel that my payment did not go through when they charged me at checkin and over charged me! Horrible! The room and
Towels had a old steal smell the breakfast was hot but tasteless and bland the rooms are nice but small and lots of stains and dirt in the room not cleaned well! The smell is far from inviting!

The staff is the nicest staff I have seen for any hotel but unfortunately I will not be back. You have dogs barking early in the morning, our shower had black mold in it, the toilet paper holder was held up by scraps of paper and there is writing on the bathroom walls.

This is a good place to stay. Not fancy but always clean and the staff has always been friendly. When we have to be in Fort Pierce this is were we stay.

Lovely staff, nice breakfast buffet. Use caution in pulling in during a rainstorm as the road was flooding. Clean room.

As an ambassador elite member, I was disappointed in this location. None of the staff wore masks except the housekeeping staff, how do I know people are vaccinated or not? Breakfast wasn’t the best, watery scrambled eggs. This morning the young lady was complaining she was the only one there

My handicap room was moldy. During peak covid non of staff except the person at the front desk wore a mask. Not sure how you can say a room is sanitized when the cleaning staff don't wear masks. This was during peak of Delta outbreak in Florida. Other Fairfiekd Inns were much cleaner and more diligent in client safety.

Great prices for hotel rooms. The hotel has great food options nearby. Staff were all friendly, polite, and helpful. The bed was very comfy and the hotel room was clean and cozy. They kept TV remotes in little bags which my family appreciated. Pool and hot tub seemed to be closed. Hotel public areas all send neat and clean. They also had sanitizer stations throughout the hotel. Great stay and would definitely come back.

I didn't get a chance to enjoy the amenities unfortunately, this is where my partner of 18 years takes his midlife crisis make you feel like a big man piece of s***. The place looks beautiful from the outside so I know where I'm staying next.

Very nice lobby where I had a meeting with business colleges. Very clean Rooms and wheelchair accessible to all parts of the hotel.

Opening my room is a hassle every single day i get from work extremely tired and stand there for 10 min trying to open my room because they are updating their door system.extremely dissappointed.hope they can resolve this issue today.

It's an excellent lodging facility, nice people at desk, housekeeping, breakfast and everywhere. However, they must fix the room locks system, everyone in our group (we had ten rooms) had problems with the keys, requiring multiple attempts to open the lock (I've had the keys reprogrammed twice and exchanged once myself before accepting the fact that the lock was the problem)

Beautiful, Clean, Front desk employees were polite an helpful with whatever we needed. We have traveled for 21 years. Quoting my husband after 21 years these people r the nicest I've meant in 21 years so I think that covers it. Felicia was the nicest lady. She took care of everything I needed. Thank you Felicia

Friendly front desk staff, clean rooms. Quiet, good mattress and pillows. Dated shower. Actually very hard to open shower pull in tub. Excellent buffet breakfast. Not much signage for masks and many guests unmasked in common areas of halls and buffet area.

Room needs to be renovated, smelled musty and carpet is old. Bedding was not up to Marriott standards. Staff were friendly and breakfast was good. Plenty of parking, even for transients who do drugs out back in their RV. Seems like a hotel for truck drivers. Along side I95 so that's a plus, but I won't stay here again.

Location, room and staff excellent. We were worried about area of town but found hotel and room in great shape. Would recommend and we would stay here again.

There were roaches in the room and there was no one in the front desk, I could see the girl was extremely busy, I waited 10 minutes to check-in and there was no one else there.

If you want to sleep don’t come here. Staff gets up from 3-4 and slammed doors all morning, we didn’t sleep at all during our stay. Not only that but we had people smoking pot next to us and said something and nothing was done and they did it again the next morning. Keys for the door had to be replaced twice on 2 rooms! Breakfast was great and staff are nice but I came to get rested up on my vacation and we’re driving home as fast as we can so we can get home and rest which is ridiculous. Won’t be visiting again.
