Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Crestview

This hotel is practically brand new so everything is in good condition. I stayed here for nearly 3 weeks and had problems with the hot water and the tv HDMI port.

Past about 8am there often isn’t any hot water for showering. So for some reason the building’s water system struggles to keep up with demand - during the off season. Second, the breakfast is random each day. Often with two types of eggs and two types of sausage (always patty and either that press formed “sausage” you’d find at lower quality hotels or another type of patty). Rarely they had bacon. And they run out of fruit often, though sometimes you’d be lucky to get watermelon or strawberries.

The biggest gripe for me is their TV system - which is not at all HDMI friendly. So if you want to use your own HDMI devices here, you’re going to really struggle. (Basically the TV defaults to the highest volume level every time it’s turned on and there’s a small window of time to change it with the Samsung remote provided by the front desk. When your own HDMI device is plugged in you cannot change volume or any other picture settings. This is a stone-age TV setup, especially considering other Fairfield Inn’s have way better systems where you can do everything from your phone with a QR code!)

Cleanest hotel room I've stayed in, forever. Staff was so friendly and helpful. And breakfast was excellent too!

Highly recommend this hotel! Comfy bed, cold air conditioning, hot shower and delicious breakfast and coffee made a wonderful experience for my family. Staff very friendly and always willing to help.

Chris checked us in a was able to get our rooms together. We were meeting our Brother for the 1st time it was a happy day. Chris made it all work out. He's a very friendly person made us feel special.

We were very impressed and happy with our overnight stay here. We stopped on our way to Alabama. The front desk staff were personable and friendly. The breakfast was very good. We've stayed in 8 hotels in the last two months during our travels and this is by far, the cleanest hotel that we've stayed at so far.

I'm a local and my car overheated coming out of the restaurant next door and I pulled into the parking lot and popped my hood. I was sitting there for a little while before an employee came out, recommended I close my hood for a bit and try to put some water in it. They offered for my friend and I to wait in the lobby and gave me 2 extra bottles of water to use. Very nice thing for them to do?

I had the opportunity to stay at the Fairfield Crestview during my 6 months of employment in Crestview. Loved it, 6 months is a long time to stay in a hotel but the staff made me and my wife feel at home. From the management to
housekeeping I can't say enough, unlike some guest who $#^^$# about everything they never really had it so good, so keep up the good work and we hope to see yall soon.

The Fairfield Inn is a beautiful facility. Attended a Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours and was impressed with such a top-notch Inn right here in Crestview. Awesome food and such a friendly staff.

Clean new modern hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. Great location - close to interstate and many restaurants and stores. A heated pool and playground would make it a 5!
