Great hotel and great Value! The staff here is always accommodating and welcoming. Great breakfast with a variety included in the stay. The place is always kept clean and if you need anything they are accommodating.

First time staying at this hotel, kind of disappointing. Hair was in the sheets then was told that they didn’t have extra bedding at first then brought it after they went to look. Tub stopper didn’t work it was broken rust in the tub which was unacceptable. Sink was clearly clogged the water took a while to actually go down the hand washing sink. The elevator was clearly skeptical it made a horrible noise && sadly my room wall was right beside it so that’s all that was heard. I’ve read mixed reviews but they need to upgrade the rooms immediately. The only thing pleasant about this stay was the staff which they were very nice && informative…

This hotel was an absolute disaster! The staff was not accommodating what so ever! Family of 7 with a severe asthmatic boy. Got off the elevator on the 3rd floor and was instantly hit with cannabis smell. My son was coughing all night. This hotel was supposed to be 100% smoke free. They would not give us different rooms or a refund. We ended up having to stay because of how late at night it was. The staff was rude and didn’t care one bit. There was bugs as well.

Not a friendly hotel for government employees. I don’t recommend this hotel for government trips. Worst Marriott hotel.

I’m a federal employee and was recently in town on a business trip. I stayed in room 126, unfortunately I didn’t get any sleep due to how noisy the AC was (I recorded videos). I eventually had to go out and buy a set of earplugs because most hotels in the area was completely sold out and they couldn’t offer any resolution. I reported it to the front desk guy that morning and he said he would relay my issues to management. Well someone name Hannah called me from the hotel and told me unfortunately the maintenance guy couldn’t come in and the hotel is sold out so I can checkout…she went on to say and you must have your things out before noon. She said it with an attitude and showed no compassion. I over looked several things in the room and I was professional with her but it’s not so much what she said but how she said it to me. She is the epitome of unprofessional! In addition the room had mold on the bathroom wall/ceiling, it smelled of mildew, there was rust over just about all the appliances, the tub stopper was missing, candy wrapper was left on the floor, I found hair in the bed, bugs was crawling all over the lobby dining room table when I sat down for breakfast and even with all those discrepancies I only mentioned the AC! I will never utilize this property again and I won’t recommend that my colleagues use. This place is in serious need of renovations and customer service training! The location is great but this place is a real dump! Definitely a 1-2 star property. Marriott should be ashamed to associate their name with this specific property, they should hold these franchises to certain standards because it felt more like I was staying at a budget inn!

Had to cancel my room, tried calling but all day 'their systems were down' and was hung up on by Vivienne. So called back and spoke with Hannah, who apologized, canceled and claimed to refund me. However after I was still charged, I called back. Lisa the hotel manager somehow, hung up on me while I was explaining what happened then dodged my phone calls. Will not refund me. Awful Awful customer service and now I see why the employees hang up on you.why wouldn't they if the MANGER DOES.

I recently stayed here thinking it was a nice place. I was wrong. The room smelt awful, holes in the walls, and the mini fridge did not work on arrival. They ended up not giving me back my security deposit and charged me an addition 60 dollars for damages and stated I broke their mini fridge. They are liars and thieves. They are refusing to give me my security deposit back but I will be getting my money back. Avoid this place. It's a scam.

Do not stay here! Bed bugs and service is not what you expect from Marriott. Not even close. Huge mistake on our part staying here. Smelt old, elevator made noises and even other guest in the elevator commented on this with me. Sounded like it was going to brake. My husband and I both were eaten up with bed bugs. We are lifetime Marriott titanium members. We know what to expect from a Marriott property. You won't get it here.

My company survey hotels. The hotel owners here are the same who run the economy inn off of youngerman circle. They are cheap, cut corners, crooked and give the guests dirty supplies. So it's not surprising that this Marriot property doesn't hold up to standard in terms of quality. Do not stay at a Doshi-owned hotel establishment (or whatever fake name they like to disguise themselves with i.e. ALLIANCE INVESTMENTS ORANGEPARK, LLC). They are like slum lords. We ended up staying went to the courtyard across the street. Which is a much better choice.

We stayed here 4th of July week and I must say this is not what I wanted to deal with on my vacation! The staff was ok at best. There was a lady who may have been upper Mgmt or an owner who seemed to be more accommodating than the lady who I believe said she was a Mgr. "This Mgr. " was going to charge us for an upgrade because we asked to change rooms because there was a strong mildew smell in our first room! We had to stay in the room 1 night. Had to buy some febreeze to even get through the night. My partner and I were not pleased at all! Also that same mildew smell was in the hall. The carpet on the first floor was filty. The other areas were soso, for ex, the pool area had no towels nearby, I didn't see any hand sanitizer near the breakfast area and the coffee was weak! Maybe more cost cutting by using half a pack of coffee instead the entire package to brew the coffee. This place needs to be audited by Marriott and some change needs to occur ASAP!

Three of the staff members are great! But the room we stayed in.that's a huge NO. When I walked in, there was melted chocolate on the bottom end of the white duvet cover, on the floor, in three different places, and when I took my phone to the front desk to show the front desk evening woman, she didn't even bat an eye. My entire family got so sick the second day there, that my three boys and myself, ended up with our faces in the toilet. You have to r e q u e s t for maid service, and they try to deter that by signs that offer points for doing otherwise. The carpets throughout are visibly dirty, and looks like they haven't been replaced since the eighties. (Five stars and a shout-out to DarkKelt13. Keep on truckin', brother!)

Good luck getting an accurate receipt. I requested one by email but it never got sent. So I called them and stayed on the line until I received it by email. Then I noticed they incorrectly applied state and local taxes, after the first thing I did was give them a lodging tax exemption form, so I had to call and get a partial refund. After liquidating my travel claim, I noticed an undocumented charge on my credit card, so I had to call about that. Apparently checking in with the app is not really checking in, so I received a no show charge since I arrived after midnight, so I had to call to get an additional receipt for that. The breakfast is terrible and the rooms are musty. Will not stay again.

My husband and I booked this hotel for a funeral. The AC is as extremely loud. We tried different setting in hopes of calming the noise. Nothing helped! So we opted to turn it off. Not to mention the restroom. There is mold everywhere! I went down to the front office. To make a complaint and was told that they could put us in another room but they wouldn’t be able to do so until checkout time. I didn’t want that asked for a refund and was told that I wasn’t getting a refund and that they’d give me free cancellation on the booking for the next night. Owner was very rude and the manger told me that it looked like built up dust to her. No it was painted over black mold. The carpet was ripped the elevated had a knocking noise and the the walls throughout the hallway had holes everyone. Not very clean at all. Do not waist your money on this place!

Our family of four had a good experience here. Child-friendly breakfasts and plenty of space for the kids to play in the room. Our room was clean, mattresses were comfy and the shower had good water pressure. The front desk helped us when we needed more bed linen and towels. Would recommend as a good value and conveniently out-located pit stop.

Stayed here as a family of four with two young children. It’s a simple two-star hotel, fair value and the rooms are clean and basic. Breakfast included was a nice touch. Not a noisy hotel despite the urban location, would consider staying again.

My room was INFESTED with bed bugs. They said they were unable to give me a refund because I booked through a 3rd party. They couldn't move my room until the next day. It was the worst night I've ever had at a hotel.

Rooms need renovation. Not useful, small sink area. Shower curtains drag in tub and on floor. Raise the rod or hem Shower curtains. I've stayed at lots of Marriott hotels. This was most disappointing. Glad we got two rooms. Due to bathroom issues, small and no useful sink area.
