Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Melbourne Viera Town Center

Nice location located off the main thouroufare and not far from I-95. Plenty of free parking Including for Handicap accessible Vehicles.
Staff was friendly, hotel was clean and the prices were reasonable. Free WIFI and Breakfast is always a plus.

Shopping and Restaurants are right across be the street.

This is a great Fairfield Inn…our suite was roomy & immaculate…. Special thx to TYLER at the front desk…when we arrived she was courteous, accommodating & went the extra mile to assist us…she is truly an asset & should b commended! Jerry & Cynthia Loretta

Very nice room, but the shower was substandard. I could have asked my spouse to flick water at me and gotten a better water flow. Also, the room was directly near the patio which was incredibly loud. I had truly looked forward to a quiet evening as promised during check-in.

We checked into the hotel on Saturday as we were going to a Company Christmas party nearby. Check in went smoothly however when we went to take showers the water was cold, reached lukewarm and then back to cold. The front desk said they would send maintenance up but at that point we were rushing to get to the party and had to suffer through the cold showers. In the morning we had the same issue. I called the front desk and asked them what maintenance planned on doing inside my room to resolve the problem. The woman said maintenace didn't get in until 10 am (It was 7: 30 and we needed to be at another event at 9 a.m.). I asked to speak to the manager and was told I was speaking with her. I told her it's absolutely ridiculous that we had to take cold showers and we either wanted our rate refunded or points added to compensate for a nights stay. We are Titanium Elite for life members, exclusively staying at Marriotts for the past 30 plus years. The "Manager" wasn't receptive to either choice, asked us if we were sure we were turning it on correctly and told us their water may not be as hot as we are use to. Again, it wasn't even close to hot.lukewarm at best for a short period, then back to cold.

Couldn't check in until 4pm. Then needed to be out by 11am. I got to my room at 9pm after attending a family party. After a mixup in registration, I finally got a room. First thing I noticed was that there were water marks from glasses on the bathroom sink countertops and side tables by the bed from the previous occupant. There's cheaper hotels nearby that are just as good.

Cesar Tavares at the front desk was wonderful! So friendly, helpful and courteous.
The breakfast was really good, especially the hot sandwiches.
Beds were extremely comfortable
Location is excellent
Would 100% book again when staying in the area

Our room smelled like mildew and wet dog. The staff did what they could to eliminate the odor with a machine. Hopefully they are able to determine the source so it doesn’t impact other guests stays.

Stayed for business. I know that Fairfield is not marketed as a business travelers hotel, so I won't negatively comment that there were A LOT of families with children staying here, but it should noted for those that book here. It is a relatively new hotel, so it's fairly clean and well-maintained. Although, you can tell the cleaning services aren't careful with carts in the halls, because there's consistent, very noticeable marks down every single wall. Which is too bad, since it's relatively new and the wallpaper in the halls is ruined. There was consistent security presence in the halls and lobby, which was comforting. Rooms are comfortable and they provide a mini fridge and coffee maker in the room. Things that were odd: I wanted to plug in my phone next to the bed and I had to find the plugins behind a recessed panel in the headboard.which could only be accessed by moving the end stands and was close to the floor. There were only USB plugs on the desk, nothing by the bedside. Not convenient. The outside bar area was nice to sit down and relax after a long day and the inside area provided coffee, tea, etc. They also have food and drinks for purchase in the lobby if needed. I did LOVE the area. A quick walk across the street to shops and dining. Front desk services was spotty. The 'clerk' tended to disappear for 10 minutes at a time and there's no "call" button to alert anyone that you are waiting. Overall, it was a good stay and I would stay there again despite the few negatives.

Friendly and professional staff. Very helpful. The building appeared to be fairly new and rooms were very good.
Free breakfast was good as well.
Convenient location to many different stores and restaurants.

First of all, I want to say the place was very clean and presented well. Location is amazing. On the other hand, the remote control to the TV never worked. The bathtub had paint and non-paint areas and I could feel the coils in the bed as well as all the pillows went flat and neither one of us slept well oh and let’s not forget the flashing light up on the high wall. Last time at a Fairfield Inn and suites, and next time it will definitely be a Hampton Inn!

Really ok place. Light years better than highway motels and no more expensive. Plenty of options to eat in the area. Was passing through, but would have liked to spend a few days in the area.

Nice place for it being a suite and a restaurant open in evening loved the deck out side and close to mall.

We came to the beach we pulled this place up to stay at and very reasonable price so beautiful perfect pool has a bar outside nice breakfast would recommend any time

Who was at the front desk was very accommodating had mentioned to me that he would add additional points to my Bonvoy, they had baseball teams that were staying there over the weekend with a lot of kids, which I had no issue with it all, thanks to Cesar. He did accommodating me by putting me on a higher floor in a corner room…. My issue as a business traveler, and was staying at Marriott for over 40 years is the level service that you get…
They continue to point fingers and blame the guest and that’s how they make you feel
This is one of the worst hotels that I’ve stayed with with the brand…. Service wise.
I would tell business travelers to stay away… there’s other Marriott’s that are a little further south
The GM that I spoke to their understood exactly what I was talking about in regards to service
They are just very aloof here and not service oriented…….

Easy off of I-95, clean and comfortable room, nice breakfast ready when they post the hours.
Nice little bar outside with a modest but fun pool.

My family and I stayed here for one night and it was a very comfortable stay after a long evening of travel. I called and let the front desk know that we would be arriving at 2 am and they were very accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. The free breakfast very nice the next morning and included muffins, bagels, an assortment of cereals, a mini waffle maker, whole fruit, coffee, yogurt, etc. There were also two computers in the lobby with access to free printing which was a huge plus for us. Although we did not make use of it, there was an outdoor pool available and it looked nice and clean. Our rideshare driver let us know the city of Viera is less than 20 years old and it shows. The entire area looked very new. Many stores restaurants on the nearby strip. Everyone was very friendly. We would recommend this hotel.
