We came in late at night after having an issue with our flight the day before. We didn’t realize that if you don’t check in the first night of your res it gets cancelled. Cody was working at the front desk the night we actually arrived and was extremely helpful. We had booked on a block and he graciously gave us the block rate for just the two nights. We very much appreciated Cody’s professionalism and hospitality, he made this so much easier than it could have been and we are grateful.

Stayed here for one night! Very quiet, bed was amazing! The hotel was clean and I even spent some time at the gym before we checked out. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in!

Olivia is super kind to help us find things to do and place to eat on Christmas day during our stay! and the hotel has the coloring paper with her drawing on it.

I will never stay in this hotel again. This is the worst hotel I have stayed in the whole North America.
Their bed mattress sucks, I can not sleep well. There must be bedbugs in the bed. I got many bites from sleeping in their bed.

This hotel has seriously management problem. The employees are not trained properly for a hospitality industry. The creepy breakfast employee stared at me like a sex offender all the time while I was having breakfast the first day, the second day this same male employee came to talk with me in a very insulating way, I was not completely woke up yet and just tried to get a coffee. (If you have young daughters, be care of with this Creepy breakfast employee at this location!)

After I told the GM what happened, this GM starts to fight with me without even ask me what happened. Then the GM starts to fight with me saying that he will continue the fight with Marriott Corporate. This GM has fighting with me in the lobby for over 5 minutes in the lobby while other guests are having their breakfast.

What kind of GM is that? I am an innocent guest paying this hotel. If the GM did a better job, his employee would know how to treat guest with respect instead of treating the guest with completely no respect.

If the GM knew how to do his job, he would not get into a fight with a guest without even asking what is the problem.

As a frequent traveller, I have always stayed in Marriott hotel. I am not going to stay with Marriott if Marriott let GM like this manages their property. The GM is completely unprofessional for handling guest concerns. What kind of GM fight with guest? The GM gets paid for making guest experience pleasant not to make guest experience worst than the untrained horrible employee!

This GM needs training to be a GM. He is no better than the disrespectful employee. He should not be anybody's GM if he can not handle a guest complain properly.

(By the way, this GM shakes his hand so bad that it looks like he has Parkinson that the coffee in his cup splashed to his shirt.)

I do not understand why Marriott will pay an old man like this to be their GM. Whoever hired this GM needs to train him OR fire him. Too bad for Marriott! GM like this absolutely ruins my impression of Marriott.

A little trickery to get to the property but front desk, late check in with Cody was a breeze and the room is very nice, spacious and comfy bed!

We reserved the hotel meeting room for our event and the room and staff was amazing! The hotel had a great breakfast every morning! We will definitely stay here again!

Amazing place! Newer hotel and great amenities! The room was immaculate and the towels were fluffy and sheets smelled clean! Bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of space. The bathroom was big and the towels were even placed where you would need them! When I checked in Cody was more than helpful getting me my room. The gym was big with lots of equipment, they were missing some weights already though which is odd. The pool had floats and toys to play with if you brought the kids. They have coloring pages downstairs and the breakfast was amazing! Pumpkin spice waffles, omelets, sausages and every kind of topping you could think of for the oatmeal! My only complaint is that breakfast ends at 9: 30am. That seems soon compared to other places. Every employee I met was so friendly! I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend!

Stayed here due to proximity of a wedding venue and so glad we did. Such a sweet and friendly staff! Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast buffet was great. The pool area was small but very nice to lounge by. Love that they have pool floats available for guests. Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean, everyone was very nice. Driveway off the road was very hard to find. It's an odd turn for sure.

Fairly new hotel. The only Marriott in the county or even miles around. Little tough finding the entrance off the highway. Decent clean accommodations. Lots of choices to near nearby. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed their hot breakfast buffet.

I never actually made it to the hotel due to hurricane Idalia. My client/guest did. I did visit the hotel earlier in the month. It's new, which is great, since there are limited options in Spring Hill/Brooksville. The staff were nice, hotel is clean, but currently having a hot water heater issue. I appreciate that my guest was offered the option to get a room with lukewarm water or leave and have the unused portion of the stay credited back to my Bonvoy account. I felt it t was too little, too late, because she had to complain to get service. Marriott reservations stated I would be offered bonus points. I didn't get any. I realize that Platinum Elite levels don't get what it used to. With that in mind, I'll probably still send Hernando and Citrus clients to them until better business options are available. It was okay, but didn't wow anyone.

This hotel was the best hotel me and my fiancé have been too. We looked all over for hotels that treated us like adults and not juveniles (we are 19). The room were clean and beautiful I was in the king suite. The staff was amazing, nice, very helpful. We saw Anthony the most he was very helpful and nice. We also saw another guy who gave us ramen for free for our wait. Everybody we saw was very helpful and nice. The breakfast was always different and was really good and both the chiefs we saw were so sweet and nice and made did a great job at stocking the food back up when empty it was almost like a buffet. The location is very convenient there is quite a few things in walking distance, Ubers were easy to find. The only down side ever had was the hotel has this weird road that our Ubers kept going down thinking it led to the hotel. We had a slight problem with our shower getting hot but they had someone come to fix it the next day. The pool was also closed but it was raining a lot so they had to do maintenance on it no big deal. We had housekeeping ask us everyday if we needed our room refreshed and they were sweet too they left a note if we missed them. They also had a gym. Even the people staying at the hotel were super nice. All around I would highly recommend this place and I’ll tell everybody I know about it:) Me and my now fiancé did get engaged here as well and it was all stress free!

We had a death in the family and called to book a room. We spoke to the General Manager Tim and he made our stay a very comfortable stay. Tim gets 5 stars for the way that he treated my family and for taking care of us. Thank you Tim.

Ambassador status, solo business trip
Pros: Suite upgrade and thoughtful snack selection gifted in room for recognition of status (not standard for Fairfield properties so this was a step above).

Hotel is as expected being a mid-tier Marriott property. 4 star rating with the understanding of this. The hotel is kept clean and the rooms appear to be in good shape as well. Staff were nice and efficient. Close proximity to Weeki-Wachee spring.
Local food options very limited and mostly chains

Booked this hotel for an executive. It was perfect. Location near Suncoast Expressway, shopping, sites, and weeki wachee river.

The staff were so sweet and friendly! The rooms were nice and spacious and came with the cutest essentials. There are many nice restaurants and stores nearby! Great experience.
