Excellent Hotel. Easy check in. Very clean hotel and extra friendly staff. Bonus is that it is directly across the street from Sea World

I was not impressed by this side of the Marriott at all. I had previously stayed on the spring hill side and was so impressed with the hospitality, cleanliness, just everything! The overall experience was amazing. Sorry to say that was NOT the case at Fairfield. They didn't even seem to be concerned with my complaints. No towels in the room at check in, no pool towels the whole stay. There were fights in the hallway at midnight. The walls are paper thin. There was linens and trash all thought-out our floor. Just a very poor experience overall. Do not recommend. Stay next door at the Spring Hill Marriott insted!

Room key don’t work and internet is bad, breakfast only a few options, and they only give you one towel at the time.

We’ve stayed at a lot of offsite hotels in the area and this has by far been the worst.

Lobby - its smells like someone dumped an entire bottle of cologne in there which is not friendly for folks with asthma and allergies.

Room - has a strong mildew/mold smell. The a/c ran for 6 hours and still hadn’t cooled the room. Overnight it didn’t get any better and left us all with headaches from sleeping too hot. On a plus, the beds are incredibly comfortable.

Breakfast - they do serve a few items but it’s not as plentiful as other hotels. Just a few basics, toast, bagels, cereal, scrambled eggs and sausage. Coffee was tolerable.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Considerate people. Thank you but apparently my bf got charged for a night we didn't stay.

When we stayed at the hotel pepper spray was sprayed through the hallways leading to an evacuation.many people were sick from the spray some feared for their lives. At the time no one knew it was pepper spray.law enforcement came and cleared the building making sure that it was safe to enter the building once more.the service was good but after that incident i will not return to that hotel ever again.staff were friendly and made sure we were all okay but again i would never return to that hotel ever again.

Nice pool, spa, kids area and tiki bar fully functional with great bartender. Good food too. Coconut shrimp is fantastic.

Woke up with itchy bites all over my neck and hands after staying here. Brought my concern regarding potential bed bugs to management who said they were going to look into it, and then I NEVER heard back. Save yourself the grief and don’t stay here!

This is an excellent hotel where we should stay. We had a wonderful experience. I definitely recommend.

Prime location across SeaWorld. Shuttle to theme parks. Free breakfast and nice pool for the kids

Rooms are clean. They serve breakfast. Couple of restaurants close by and CVS next door. Also close to Seaworld

Very nice hotel with an awesome breakfast. Kids really liked the pool. Front desk was very nice and professional. Went out of their way to help us. No complaints here!

Close to Major attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were average but acceptable. Seemed clean.

Great hotel. There's a pool for everyone, great wifi and amazing breakfast. Only problem was that there was a cockroach in our room but their service made sure we were least affected! They even upgraded our room. Great experience!

Amazing! The people were so nice. The rooms was clean and big. The pool was clean. They have a lot of little extras. Breakfast was good. I would recommend this place. It's very very close to discovery cove. A few restaurants close to the hotel.

Great hotel in a great location! Really good breakfast in the morning and top notch staff! Definitely would recommend!
