Denise provided amazing customer service. From our first call she gave me great advice and recommendations. She guided my on how to structure the purchase to maximize my tax liability, made a good recommendation on how long to lock in my rate, and educated me on the home buying process. I always felt that my loan was the only loan Denise was working on. She was very responsive to any inquire and followed up on document signings to get us to the closing date. Her assistant Jaime was excellent as well. They make a great team! Mortgage rates are painful right now but Denise got me a very competitive rate. I can't thank her enough for helping my family with this condo purchase.
