I would not put my worst enemy in this place. Staff is all agency. Left my father falling gout of bed with a dirty gown. No staff available. Another family was there with similar problems. We were both told there was no management to speak to day. STAY AWAY!

That place needs to be shut down! All the CNA and few nurses don't help when needed. That place is so nasty. We. Told everyone we know not take family there. Good thing my friend had me taking out because I was going down hill. I'm not going in details on how they been treating me. It was so HORRIBLE!

The resident I visited looked good. After hours I don’t know how exit the facility after checking out.

This is an early review as my family member was just admitted to this facility two days ago. That was a Friday night so, skeleton crew for the weekend. Nevertheless, the staff has been helpful when needed and answered all our questions so far. Based upon this limited experience it appears this facility is trying to make being there as positive an experience as possible given the reason people are there to begin with.

When you get to the wing where the rooms are, there was a terrible stench through out the area. Poor older patients were all along the corridor in wheelchairs facing the walls or wondering around. My uncle’s roommate’ bed was soiled and not changed the whole time I was there. The floor in the room had “something” on it by the older gentleman’s bed. I was disgusted! My uncle was there for rehab after having a brain tumor removed. His head started to hurt badly, he called for assistance several times, no one came. He finally called his brother at 5: 30 am who came out and it took a few tries for him to get assistance. Finally my uncle had the hospital pick him back up, and take him to the ER. He did NOT want to go back there. And he had only been there 2 nights. Not a pleasant or professional place. No one checked vitals and we don’t know where his meds were and why he did not have a rehab schedule yet.

The cna and nurses all the way up to the therapist have been giving their all to help my parent.

Run, run away. This place has little to no respect for the residents for which they supposed to be "caring". They move residents from room to room losing or destroying their few possessions. The weekend nursing staff is often fill in agency staff who can't seem to pass out medications in a timely manner. We regularly had to call and demand an explanation why my Mother-in-law's MORNIMG Meds still hadn't been given to her at 1PM in the afternoon. Then she would get scolded for calling us. The Director will tell you whatever you want to hear and then never follow through until you threaten to call him out on it. The final straw for us was when my MIL returned from the Hospital after having surgery and was place it a room that still had someone's stuff in it and was not properly cleaned. Yet they packed her things up from her previous room, dumped it in an outdoor shed and couldn't bother to find someone with a key. It took several calls and several days to get most of her stuff back. She had her wedding set stolen. She never got her charger plugs back. We had to buy her new ones. Don't let them tell you that things have changed and they are under new management because this has continued with the new management and the same director.

A very beautiful place, the attention is very good. I liked the place. If you need a volunteer, just let me know.

My dad passed away there in 2006 July and for the three years they really made his stay comfortable. My family and church was able to go out and perform gospel songs and also play bingo with the residents that was not able to use their hands. Mr. Leto is a awesome activity planner

I wish I could give 0 stars. This place is an absolute DISGRACE. They do NOTHING with the residents but tell them to "Lay Down, Got to Sleep. " The CNA stole my mom's soap TWICE! And when confronted about it, there was nothing more than an apology but nothing else. So if the CNA stole from my mom imagine what else they are stealing from other residents. They put some men house slippers on my mom and when asked where her shoes were and who's those were we got confused looks and a "sorry. " I wouldn't send my dog here. They gave my mom the wrong food she was on a regular diet and they gave her liquid. The nurses are COMPLETELY CLUELESS! Like if you truly love your family members DO NOT SEND THEM HERE!

If there was a way to give negative stars I would. The experience I went through was HORRIBLE. Let's start with administration, we never was given a welcome package to say what the facility is all about and the services they offer. No one from administration came to introduce themselves to me. We had a care plan scheduled and when it was rescheduled not everyone was in the meeting that needed to be there. They did not explain what type of care they were giving to my mom. They have a CNA there who steals. My mom soap and her body spray was taken on 2 different occasions and my mom was not in the facility 30 days.

I kept telling them about my mom's feet and all they keep saying was her heel come to find out there was an infection that had sat in. If I had the option to redo the experience again I would not have chosen this facility. The front lobby area smells nice while the rest of the facility smells like urine. This to me is unacceptable, but I guess if you're always in the office in the front you NEVER notice the smell. I can write a book about the experience, but at this point I'm just glad my mom is back home and she is doing much better at home than she was in the facility.

My 91 year old Grandfather became suddenly very confused after a recent fall and bout with pneumonia most likely due to an abundance of new medication and needed to be placed in a facility where he can undergo physical therapy and the staff here has Just been so gracious and kind towards him and handling his new somewhat ornery state of mind. Glad that if he can’t be at home he is at least in their good care.

My Dad died here. I had 3 bad months here with the help. No one wanted to take care of him. He sat in dirty diapers (then to clean him used rough wash clothes - he would yell and get sores, I provided wipes but no one would use them - I do have proof of this), no showers (they always had back up notes in their computer system to prove me wrong - but my Dad's smell was awful). He couldn't really see to cut up his food (I don't know how many times I would ask but I would arrive after he received his food and plate was still full). You could not call in because no one would answer the phone. My Dad said he could push the help button, when he could find it (99% of the time it was on the floor, so he couldn't see it and push it) - they always told me my Dad threw it on the floor. Just an awful place. I was handicapped and couldn't bring my Dad back home with me because I couldn't take care of him. All the other "so-called" nursing homes/rehab places are the same, also. What ever happened to taking care of our elders? Government doesn't care because they have too many reports being filed to complain about the care. Oh, yes, you can get a good place to put your parent in if you have money! My Dad died in such a sad situation. I would visit everyday at different times to check on him, I cannot wait to see how this generation is going to treat them parents, sad.

To be honest if I could give no stars or a negative star- it still might be too nice of a rating. My mother went 3 days post surgery with no pain medication. She almost fell out of her bed and requested bed rails which did not get until I demanded them. They kept her in a wet adult diaper so long that she wet herself several more times to the point she soaked the bed and floor.
The floor had dry urine on it for about 24 hours. I had to complain at least 2
times.

Christine and other nurses kindly got Brett ready for a visit in the garden from 4 old friends who hadn't seen him in months to years. Surprisingly he eventually recognized them and was as responsive as he was able to express. It was a good visit for everyone! Thanks to all involved in preparing him! I will try to give them more notice next time, he really needs a full haircut and shave. But it didn't impact his or our enjoyment of the visit.

So far I find the staff very friendly and willing to help. They seem to take very good care of the patients there.

I was taken here last night post op. I was in tears and left AMA within 2 hours. Short term rehab patients are mixed in with long term mentally diminished patients. The place was dirty, it smelled disgusting. An alarm was going off and being ignored. I'm now home without the IV antibiotics I should have and the help I need being non weight bearing until I can get home help. I simply can't believe anyone gave
this facility a good review.

The staff is very caring. The place is dated but very clean. I appreciate the care they are giving my loved one.
