I had a wonderful experience setting up my new Business account With Ariel J. Once we sat down together the process was so effortless and smooth and particularly professional. Such a great feeling and new excitement! I’ve set up multiple accounts in the past with Ariel J. I make sure to definitely ask for her when I need any services she is the absolute best with banking experience. She makes it fun and enjoyable. That’s why FAIRWINDS is my favorite bank!

I called to inquire about my credit card and the lady I spoke kept talking over me and didnt understand how confused I was. I got smacked with interest and trasactions that refuse to assisst with. DONT GO HERE waste of time and money! So many other places will be more helpful and understanding. My card constantly deals with fraud and they never call to let you know they blocked it.

I wanted to deposit a ton of coin rolls into my account and the person who helped me (I believe her name was Bibi!) was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the customer service I got here!

Staff is great except the ladies in the front as soon as you come in to the branch she is not friendly and o think she those leave her personal views and feelings at home.the older Caucasian lady.

If I could give negative stars that would still be too much. This branch, and this "credit union" are a absolute nightmare! Banked with them for years only to be charged hidden fees and given the run around by 3! Yes 3 "managers" no one could explain why money was being withdrawn from my accounts! What a complete scam.avoid at all costs, because otherwise it will cost you!

At this particular branch, the costumer service its horrible. No one smiles and they talk to you with an attitude like if you if are bothering them. I am in the process of closing my accounts with them. I rather go were I feel welcome and appreciated.

The branch manager, Jennifer, provided EXCELLENT customer service. Extremely helpful and friendly. The teller, Matthew, was also extremely helpful as well. Best FAIRWINDS I've been to thus far.

Every time I go to Fairwinds Credit Union, the Staff is Always very accommodating, professional, friendly, courteous, and pleasant. Ariel, Jennifer, Bibi, and other staff members are the Best. I followed them from Pine Hills to Metro West.

STAY FAR FAR AWAY! Banking with this Credit union has been the most difficult and disheartening experience I've ever had in life as a customer. I have never felt so unappreciated in my life as a customer, and a hard working man. I don't feel like I have any value at all. I have gotten so much misinformation and poor customer service, it is almost depressing to even think about having a concen or issue becusse I know it will be a horrific process. The employees are rude at this branch and even more so calling customer service calling for assistance is like playing Russian roulette, hoping to get a rep who is knowledgeable and consistent in their efforts. I've had an issue, because I could not access my online banking, (Which is a horrible porcess in itself). I talked to 5 different reps and they all gave up on my issue and said they would have someone call me (evry single one of them, not exaggerating) on the 6th rep, the issue was solved immediately. The other reps were too incompetent to see that the information was assigned to the wrong category (Sparing the details) Currently I am STILL WAITING almost a week now, for a credit to be applied for a fraudulent issue on my account. I haven't heard anything back. It's so frustrating and depressing to know these type of people are handling my hard earned money. I'm very disappointed in this Union and I cant wait to close my account. P. S. If I could give this 0 stars I would not even give that the 1 star is for the amazing young lady who helped me with my issue after hours of calling and stressing, just to see how much money is in my accounts

Branch Manager is rude, not courteous at all.not reachable.
Once again I try to do business in this branch and branch manager is not customer service friendly, but have time to chat with staff personal conversation. I go to OBT in Apopka and the approach is completely different. This woman have been in place for to long with negative behavior.

HORRIBLE experience overall. They do not go by there mission of "people helping people" The person in the collections department Rick talks down to you, belittles you, talks over you, condescending, laughs at you. My car was stolen and they have made this process extremely difficult for me. I hope anyone in the future who has a car loan with FW does not have to experience such horrible service.

They tricked me into signing up for some insurance twice and 1 year later I've lost over $500. It was insurance I never asked for.

Horrible Experience. Jessica was extremely rude and was giving all the wrong information. She spoke in a condescending manner and made me waste an hour of my time because she was in a rush. Worst experience and Extremely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Called back to speak to the Branch Supervisor and did NOT receive a call back. Been a member since 13 yrs but after my experience with Jessica at this branch, will terminate my services completely.
