All the staff were incredible and treated me like was a very important person yet I only became a customer a few months ago.
The lady who helped me was Janeira, she was very knowledgeable and caring to all my needs everytime I go there all the staff are polite and courteous and cater to all my needs without any kind of bad attitude thank you to you all.

Absolutely terrible customer service from representatives who relay incorrect information regarding accounts, & then fail to take accountability for the misinformation. Don’t waste your time. Navy Federal is much better!

I needed to go inside to take care of an item and the girl who is at the door today at the Lake Mary location is so rude and unwelcoming. I can't believe I bank here with the attitude this place shows the customers that keep it in business. We will be banking elsewhere! Enjoy your rude staff!

Went in on 7/31/20 to open an account for a non-profit organization. Had an appointment with Joshua Jessie. Three of us had to attend since it was for a non-profit. President, Treasurer and Secretary. Joshua had our account open and completed in an hour. It was quick and easy. Joshua is a pleasure to work with to open up our account. Kudos to Joshua. Thank you and thank you to the Fairwinds Credit Union!

Fairwinds at LM has been and continues to be my first choice, go-to hub for all my financial needs. The staff there is always helpful, friendly and efficient. Not surprisingly, being under the co-leadership of Joshua J. This guy is awesome and always delivers second-to-none member service. Well done Joshua and your team!

I love this branch! (ALL the branches I have visited are great, actually.) I worked with Joshua Jessie this time and he is amazing. He answered all my questions and explained all options for a loan the first time I visited a few weeks ago. Then, when I "popped in" last week (I finally had the time) he was quick to pick up where we had left off and went through the process with ease.

Very Disappointed in the “No Can Do” attitude displayed by Janira Figueroa when I was trying to open a new account switching from Bank of America.
I just moved here Saturday and today is a Thursday.
She asked for a lease agreement which was submitted but that was insufficient information. (Welcome letter with my new address and move in date)
Then she proceed to ask for things a new resident wouldn’t have because one just moved here.
She did not get up to ask for help or see what she could do. By this time I wanted to get out because of her energy of not caring.
Poor experience in Lake Mary

The employees have always treated my family with respect & courtesy. We have been members for 30 yea area & don't plan to change. They have helped us with every aspect of our finances; business, home, & retirement planning. Highly recommend them to everyone.

WORST BANK EVER! Disputed a charge and they credited my account and then a month or 2 later took the money back out when I only had $3 in my account and hit me with a $35 overdraft fee and allowed 2 more charges to go through after I had canceled the so called overdraft protection, which actually PROMOTES overdraft fees. I've switched and will NEVER recommend this bank to anyone!

At first I had a bad impression because the bank was really full but when Joshua Jessie handled my concern it was amazing, this particular person is soooooo efficient, professional and nice at the same time that I am always coming back to this branch to do my business even though I have a closer location to my house and they are nice over there as well but nothing like Joshua! Thumbs up you are doing a great job! And to his supervisors he deserves a raise or some sort of reward because he is awesome! From a very happy customer

This has been a colossal mistake in my part not believing the online reviews about poor service. When you switch to a financial institute that does not have good customer service it is a real pain to switch to another one without a lot of work. Think long and hard about who you allow to handle your money and how much you business is valued.

Fairwinds, Lake Mary, has given me OUTSTANDING SERVICE over the many years I've been a member at this branch! From management on down, I have never been disappointed with the friendly, attentive and helpful attitude from every employee. S›imply put, it's a pleasure doing business here.

Awful.
I'm going back to a traditional bank. Every time I try to call the branch I get a national call center that can do anything. They said They will call back but never do. At The branch, when I go in their they are clueless. The mobile app will tell you one thing and the people will tell you something completely different because they dont know their own products! They are handling my money and I can't even communicate With them. Next pay check, I'm going somewhere else
