I loved the level of service at Fairwinds CU in Winter Garden location. Ms. Missy Bunhoff assisted us with opening a checking/savings account with prompt, friendly and informative service I have not experienced in a long time. We had a couple other questions about our home/equity which she helped us with as well. I have been a Suncoast customer for over 20 years and am proud to call Fairwinds home to my banking as well. 5 stars! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My wife and I went in to open a new Account and called for an Appointment while we were driving to the Winter Garden Branch. When we arrived the Branch Manager Michelle Chanicka was right on it! She was expecting us and attended to us immediately. She along with Missy Bonhoff assisted us in not only opening a new acccount but also made certain that all the little menusha items were complete. Things that most people could forget about like linking accounts together and making certain we had the most up to date app on our phones along with truly making it a seemless experience. Way to go Michelle and Missy. A job well done! A+.

I have hear great things about this credit union and was excited to be transferring from my current bank to them. I was instead denied due to my credit score but was not told what credit score I’d need to qualify. Having a great bank history and credit score, I was incredibly surprised to be denied. I’ll be looking for another bank.
