Faith Baptist Church, Interlachen FL

This was my childhood church from 1991-1999 when we lived off of Charity Ln by the pastor with two sons and a wife. James had been the youngest son we had gone to church with.
I am grateful to have gone. My grandma led me to Christ and I had been saved at 5 years of age. It was a horrible life for me back home and in school. Church had been a place I could escape for just a little while from abuse as a girl. I never forgot the pastor's wife's compassion to make sure I made it to church. I don't remember their names as the years have been long and stressful. Thank you for a wonderful Sunday school and in church sermons I had been allowed to attend on the adult pews. We also had our family pictures taken here. Some I regret to see disheveled and hair ripped out and butchered by my abusers.
I forgiven my abusers and never forgot my time here in a dark time of my entire childhood.

I thank God I am freed of being oppressed as a child and grateful to be an adult away from harm.

God has helped me through this church. Thank the Good Lord for his help.

I have not returned here since 2012, but maybe I will head down one day down memory lane and face my past once again.

Thank you all from the 90's for helping me learn about God. You really have no idea how much it meant to me.
