I worked with a young lady by the name of Kerrie who is absolutely awesome. She helped me find a larger diamond for my wife's wedding ring and then took the old diamond and had it mounted in a necklace. The workmanship was flawless and completed on time and at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend.

Everyone that works there is nice enough, but I took my ring in to get sized down. Waited two weeks and when I went to pick it up, they hadn’t even touched it and said it was done. So after waiting another week for them actually size it, when I come to pick it up, my silver ring is completely black. My ring originally had delicate antiquing that was meant to give it an aged look and highlight the curves in the band. They took it back again and brought it back with large black spots all over it. I just told them to rub off all the black and left it completely silver with none of the original aging on it. I’m going to have to find a way to get it redone now. I don’t recommend taking your ring to get sized here. I’m really disappointed in how carelessly they treated my engagement ring and failed to try to acknowledge it.

To replace an earring hook may take up to Two Weeks! This takes less than 15 minutes to fix! For only $40. However, they wanted me to look and buy another pair of earrings. If they fixed my earring I would have brought another pair of earrings.
. I see why the store is empty.

I went in with two pieces from a “chain” jewelry store.the pieces DID NOT go together but I knew I just needed the right jeweler to help me make my vision come to life. I found the perfect place! They were amazing and saw my vision! My ring came out perfect in roughly two weeks!

and the staff is just simply incredible! Over the few short weeks, they became like family! So welcoming and sweet and very personable.so much so, my 1yr old daughter absolutely loved the staff as well! Haha!

We got my husband’s ring though them and that experience was equally as amazing! I love that FAITH is part of our journey!
