Knee brace. Falk billed medicare for double the amount for the device versus the on- line price. So they received twice the true value of the brace.
(they knew that medicare would pay them the full amount billed to medicare) No wonder our medicare system is under stress. The brace did not fit despite multiple efforts. I payed out of pocket for another brace that functioned well, no thanks to Falk!

My little one needed a corrective helmet. Vicki was absolutely amazing! She made sure we got started as soon as humanly possible so she would have the best results she could. She had an *amazing* result, thanks to Vicki and her persistence. (We had a late start with helmet therapy because our pediatrician dragged her feet. Ugh.) Vicki is SO sweet and great with the kids.and the parents! She always answered all of our questions and took her time with us so we never felt rushed or like we were “just another number. ” I couldn’t be happier!

They are also very Covid-conscious at the office, so we would always get walked straight back to the exam room - no waiting in the lobby! The staff wear properly fitting masks at all times, and hand sanitizer is readily available.

This is the only place I’ve been that puts shoe lifts on with such great quality. We live in Alabama and I order the shoes from here, and they deliver it to me. The people who work there are very nice and we received great care and attention from Alexis who helped us a lot.

My 7 month old baby had his cranio helmet made at falk Prosthetics and I can’t say enough good things about them. The office staff is very nice & professional. I've been able to get all my appointments without any issues. We have always seen vicky for our baby fittings and she is wonderful. Vicky made our visits so much better than what we thought it was going to be. She is very patient with kids and will take the time needed to make sure everything is done correctly and will explain any questions you might have.

Falk Prosthetics were meticulous in custom building me a brace, and not only did the brace prevent my spine from getting worse, it decreased the curvature significantly. I cannot thank them enough for their expertise and professionalism.

Please do not call this cervical brace custom! The man came into my hospital twice, once to fit, once to modify after I was in discomfort all night from the pressure. I was then sent home with this "custom" brace putting pressure on the sides of my neck increasing my gag reflex to constant! Have you ever felt like you are being choked 24/7? And also the opening in the front was putting pressure on the incision. The padding in the back is not sufficient for bodily weight to not feel the plastic edges while attempting to sleep. Too bad there aren't negative star ratings. The words I am using here are mild compared to what I am thinking.

My daughter and I both see Justin and he has been amazing! The staff and everyone I have ever encountered have been nothing but caring and genuinely want to help you feel better. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Wonderful people here. My son has been coming here for his leg braces and I’m happy with the outcome.

Mitchell Himmel made me a molded crow boot and he did a very excellent job! Made sure everything fit all proper and secure. Very funny and nice guy. He helped me with alot, and was very patient and very knowledgeable about orthopedics and prosthetics. Will definitely recommend him!

Terrible experience. The man that was suppose to show me how to put the knee brace on.
I left feeling that I would have trouble put it on.
No written instructions. Waited several weeks to get this brace. It’s not custom the adjustments are Velcro straps. It have been reasonable to have the fitter give me an opportunity to put it on and see if I was able to do it. Went home and can not put it on by myself.

Falk Prosthetics has been there for me from the time that my leg was amputated. They have been with me through the rehabilitation process every step of the way. The staff at Falk Prosthetics have encouraged me and helped me to know that things would get better as time went on. Mr. Falk and his staff have also helped with challenges faced with the insurance company. This has relieved a lot of stress knowing that they are fighting on my behalf. They always show that they care. They have let me know that they want me to have a good quality of life with my new leg. Anytime that I call or go into the office, they have always quickly responded with knowledge and expertise. My family and I appreciate everyone at Falk Prosthetics for their support.

Professional, quality, and compassionate service! Exactly what you would want and expect from a prosthetist. In my experience, unfortunately, it is not always the case.

I was visiting from out of town. I was a walk-in patient. I had an issue that they quickly and properly diagnosed. They did not make me wait very long. Their fee for the visit was reasonable. They even waived the fee for the parts they replaced.

If I lived in the area, I would use them regularly. For those who live in or near Delray Beach, Florida, I highly recommend you consult with Falk Prosthetics before settling somewhere else.
