I just lost my husband of 30 years. So I had to do something in memory of him. Christian made it happen and made the tattoo just like the photo. He was very understanding of my needs. Not only he has professionalism, he does excellent work. Thank you Christian

Overall great experience, from start to finish. Thank you team for facilitating a seamless experience for my siblings and I, shout out to Nate for fitting us into his busy schedule. 5 stars all day!

I do regret seeing Nate. He scheduled an appointment for noon and did t see me until after 2. He never came out to say hi or explain the delay while other artists came out and talked to their clients. Nate also never asked me about colors being used, I was under the impression he was mixing colors as it is common practice however after being told about the colors choice and minor improvements to the tattoo for the second section he felt annoyed and ceased communication. My Phoenix looks like a parrot. Nate also did not apply my $100 deposit towards the first section probably already aware I wouldn't be returning. At $200 per hour I expected a whole lot more. I wish I had gone with Legion as I do follow his work and he is amazing. If you go to Fallen Sparrow see Legion and not Nate. Don't make same mistake as me.

We had a pleasant experience from the moment we walked in. Very clean and cool shop. Reception team and manager were very professional, welcoming and informative. They were nice enough to squeeze us into their schedule same day. Nate was awesome. Thank you for making us feel so comfortable! We are so happy with our tatts. Awesome customer service, quality and pricing!

Legion's work is awesome! I love the detail he puts into his artwork. However, I sent an email to him with my tattoo ideas a couple of weeks ago. No response. I'm not sure how long I'm supposed to wait for a response, but right now it feels like I'm being ignored.
Update: I was perhaps too hasty when I wrote this review. I thank the owner for their response and for clarifying things. I did get a response recently, and he was very nice to me.

My wife and I both wanted to get some work done that was very important to us. Upon first visit we were welcomed by Taylor at the front and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He paired us with Andres based on our conversation. We had the opportunity to meet with Andres and speak with him about our ambitions and work we wanted completed. We could not have asked for anything better. His artistic eye and the ability to understand our vision made our wishes come to life. His color profile and black n grey realism are on point. Andres helped us put together designs we had in mind with an artistic/professional vision based on his knowledge. The entire staff at Fallen Sparrow are all welcoming and professional. We are extremely grateful for the work we received and will forever be grateful. We can’t wait to come back and see Andres to get more ink completed.

Jessica is rude and her tattoos scab and scar. It became infected. Went to the hospital for infection. Called to speak to her and she was down right awful and rude. I have plenty of tattoos and never had a tattoo scab so badly. Will be getting a cover up because it also isn’t so much of what I wanted. Called and asked for a touch up and told her the issue and she was sooo NASTY! She told me she had no intent of doing the touch up and gave me a real piece of her mind because I believe she was offended that I told her it was scabbing and than became infected. Never going back! Was even interested in possibly having family come visit and all going for tattoos. But after her rude Demeanor toward myself I’m disgusted!

Billy pierced myself & my sis & was VERY informative about the do's & don'ts of aftercare! We were a walk-in & they squeezed us in. Great atmosphere, & customer service!

All I can say is the staff is professional, & respectful. We worked with Billy & I was very impressed with the knowledge he has in his craft. From now on, Fallen Sparrow is the only place for tattoos & piercings (PERIOD).

I did my lip piercing today and was the best experience ever! Grate service, very clean place, they explain everything step by step and the best thing was that the person that did knows what he is doing! No pain no swollen nothing fantastic service! 100 stars!

He's a medical professional and KNOWS what he's doing
My roommate got her septum repierced after it was previously done wrong and I got a vch
He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, happily answered all questions and talked us through every step of the piercings as well as giving us detailed instructions on after care and every stage of healing and properly taught my roommate how to move the septum piercing in and out of her nose
He even gave us cups of water afterwards and offered hard candy to raise our blood sugar when we felt faint
He's also not money hungry, his prices are all more than reasonable and will not try to upsell you or overcharge you, he genuinely just wants what's best for you

Nate Zaps the man and i 110% recommend going and get a tattoo if you are in the Kissimmee Florida area. Once im back i will definitely be going to get more from them

Went today for my 3rd tattoo by Sammy, and I’m obsessed. Better that what I expect. Now all my friends are getting tattoos with him lol. He’s the best and the service in the shop is amazing, they are so friendly. 100% recommended.

Jess was super friendly and went above and beyond my gf's expectations. The parlor has a very cool vibe to it. Highly recommend. Also they have a really cool bathroom. No joke!

They were very accommodating and confident. They performed up to expectation with my sisters tattoos as well as mine. I had the artist named Sam and he is excellent and gives great prices for quality work. Will visit again once I get my ones up.

Gf and I got some commemorative tattoos for our girls trip from Nate. The design he came up with was better than I imagined, and he absolutely nailed it. All the staff are super friendly, and the atmosphere in the shop is fantastic. Will 100% recommend, and will come back again the next time I'm in Kissimmee.

I got my tragus and forward helix piercings done on both sides of my ear in one day by Billy! And he was clearly just amazing! He nicely talked me through the whole process, I barely felt any pain and there was no bleeding at all, just a slight bit on my left forward helix, but other than that all was perfect. It was just an amazing experience, would recommend 10 out of 10! You could definitely tell that he is very very experienced just with the way he pierces. Would definitely come here again for any future piercings!
