2It has been 2 months since the procedure and there has not been A SINGLE ROACH IN SIGHT. I can actually almost cook again in my kitchen and open my drawers without fear. Getting professional from them was the best decision and money spent. I wish I had gone to them sooner. All those years wasted living in constant fear and stress. I would highly recommend to anyone with a persistent pest problem!
This was a great customer service experience the whole way through. Person who answered my first call was very professional and was able to set me up for the next day. The technician, was really great. Turned out to be some wood rot rather than termites, and he was very patient to explain what would be indicators if termites were to develop. It would have been very easy pass off having to do some type of treatment, so I really appreciate his honesty. He is also really pleasant and patient. I recommend them highly.
