Best experience I've ever had in a dentist's office! From the caring and very polite receptionist, a wonderful dental cleaning treatment with the professional Cris, and the excellent professionalism of Dr. Bibiana! Note 1000 thousand

Everyone was so nice from when I walked in until I left my appointment. My hygienist Christine was absolutely amazing and did a fantastic job. Dr Aguilera was so nice and I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a good dental practice.

Maria is so sweet and wonderful she helped me translated Everything in Spanish during my visit. Qiana is very helpful and sweet up front. Chris my hygienist did a great job.

Had an appointment for a dental cleaning today. The appointment started within 5 minutes and the hygienist was excellent for someone like myself with sensitive teeth. I highly recommend this office. Very clean, professional office.

Staff are excellent and always are courteous. They explain the procedures fully and ensure the cost is known up front.

I’ve been going for 5 years and had an appointment this morning and showed up to only be told im not on the schedule and it probably got removed because my dental hygienist left. New dentist took over in the past 6 months. I will be looking for a new dentist office.

Came to their office with full x-rays and dental report from a specialist that were a few days old. They wanted to run new x-rays. Completely unnecessary to run up my bill. Not going back here.

Seriously the best dentist I've ever been to. They really take their time to explain and care for you, not just a factory trying to get you in and out as fast as possible. I have never felt pressured to get any unnecessary procedures done or spend any unecessary money. They go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. The office does tend to be quite cold so i recommend bringing a jacket, although they do offer blankets to use.

I have been going to this office since 2012. I keep going there cause they are outstanding. From the front desk, to the outstanding hygienist, to the professional dentist, the whole trip was outstanding! They treat you in a very courteous way. I love that! The office is always clean, and the staff is always super friendly!

They rescheduled me twice because of staffing issues. Also once I finally had an appointment I show up what I was told but then they said it was at 2. Make sure you answer their confirmation call because they will give your appointment away if you don’t.
It’s clean and staff is polite.

Dr d and Bonnie get 5 stars for service and care. The technical part they have all the right people. Administration wise, it's sub par customer service. They some how looped my husband and I'm insurance together. Human error, it happens. When we got an eob stating that, we called the billing department and left a voice mail informing them that they maybe have our charts set up wrong. We heard nothing. A week later they call my husband to confirm an appointment but nothing about the chart. When I called to confront the situation, Jessica said "don't worry, it's not like we are gonna bill you for the 3,000. " We get a bill Friday charging us for $1000. When I call to see what happened, the charts are still set up wrong. The manager never called me back. And non of their admin have customer service training. They look like they haile their job and don't want the be there. Since Dr. D is gone, I will be looking else where you can find better treatment than this!

I came in for a short examination for a toothache I was having and it took no time at all, even though I was a new patient. I also have to shout out my hygienist assistant Ida, she was very sweet and charismatic)
